We loved this hotel; we loved the staff and the food was absolutely amazing. GEORGE you must be so proud of your restaurant and staff.what a credit you are: Alberto we love you and best receptionist ever; Tarric a d Anthony top barmen- we had bad news from Uk and these wonderful staff were so kind

Arrived at the Aegean bay hotel on the 28th May to a very warm welcome from reception staff Alberto and an older man and manager . Room was in C Block and very modern , a small few issues but quickly resolved the next morning . Food throughout the 7 nite stay was great n much variety with different themes each day . The omelette for breakfast is a must . Drinks are reasonable , mostly went to the veranda pool throughout stay as less busy than the other and plenty of sun loungers for all . Try the bus to kos town just outside the hotel and also visit Marmari beach for a great sunset . Must mention George the manager of the restaurant who’s most welcoming and always takes time to talk to you , also the amazing Tarik serving away at the bar always with a smile . Can’t wait to go back .

Where to start, from the moment we got there to the moment we left was so welcoming and friendly, the hotel is stunning and food brilliant, the all inclusive bar was really good with the best bar man tarik mixing and remembering how you like your drinks was perfect, he always had a smile on his face and could also mix a tarik special drink up of the menu which was very nice! George the hotel manager was fantastic and friendly, any queries or information he went out his way to help and resolve, they did soo much for our family, it was our daughters 7th birthday and they sang happy birthday and got her a little present, last but not least Jethro, where to start, he is on the entertainment team and does all the events along with a team (highly recommend water volleyball), he is an absolute pleasure to know and call a friend, always happy smiling and laughing, not to mention his 'whistle' which has got to be the best noise ever someone could make, guaranteed to make you laugh, us and our kids will certainly miss you the most Jethro! upon leaving all of us as a family was really genuinely sad, the staff we met we will always be grateful for making it such a memorable holiday to which we are looking to book to go back (hopefully again this summer) would recommend hotel this to anyone!! Keep up the amazing work, you're making so many families happy memories!

Friendly staff, decent food and good facilities. Main toilets stink and are outdated. Modern decor and theme. Chill getaway. You get what you pay for. Rooms basic and suits 3 max. Dont know why they built a fountain that’s bigger than both pools tbh

This hotel is amazing... Amazing food, friendly Staffel always smiley and rrady to speak whit you a da give you all the info for enjoy your holiday in the Best way... Room refurbed boho style and good a/c and every day cleaning service, in saw man fake Review about many wrong Info... Marmaris is a country side near a Salt Lake is normal than There are mosquito (is was There Till 23/5 and See also people for mosquitoes treatment) and latex c-out is of course uppon availability nowher and the hotel was Füll in approciate than There was a shower after c-out to Use... And also the possibility to stay, eat, and enioy the hotel Till Puck up for airport. For the price we pay everytbing was perfect. good job in hope to come back soon

I had a fantastic experience at Aegean Bay Kos. The staff were truly outstanding always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food met all expectations- tasty, well-prepared and with plenty of variety. What I especially appreciated was that, as with most authentic Greek cuisine, there were always fresh and healthy options available – delicious salads, grilled vegetables, and light dishes that made it easy to eat well every day. A big thank you to the entire team for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This place is stunning!! Myself and my girlfriend absolutely loved it. The entertainment was faultless. Jethro and team were phenomenal. The bingo night was such a laugh as well as Kareoke! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing!

I travelled with my mum in May, we requested a room closer to the entertainment but was given a room in block A. After 1 night we was moved to block F closer to the pool etc. First room the beds were so so hard, second room we had to share a bed but much more comfortable. In the second room the bathroom door squeaked every time you opened it and didn’t lock or close properly. (For a 4 star surely this should be a given?) We had the room cleaned twice the whole stay and I would have expected it to be more? The food it was okay, always found something to eat. The pool was lovely and cold which was needed with the heat, in the pool near the restaurant I would suggest a rail for people with mobility issues as they were rather slippy. As my mum struggled with mobility I wouldn’t come back to the hotel with her due to the stairs, the ramps being really steep however if it was myself and friends 100% would. Have to shout out to Tarik always smiling and offering special cocktails, George who found my favourite spirit (Amaretto) and the manager (lady) in the restaurant she was brilliant always said hello and asked how we were. I’ve never been to Greece before or a 4* so I wasn’t sure what to expect I believe with a few things to sort out it can be a great 4* hotel it’s just the attention to detail needs slight improvement. Although we wouldn’t return (due to the accessibility issues) it’s a lovely hotel and would recommend it to friends.
