We have just spent a week at Sandy’s in a studio as a family of three. The studio was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We paid for air con and this worked well. The balcony overlooking the pool was lovely and plenty big enough.The pool was really nice, lots of sun beds and everywhere was kept really clean. Our room was cleaned by a lovely lady who did an excellent job. We ate at the complex a couple of times and everything was delicious. The shop prices were reasonable for the convenience and the bar prices were good. We found two supermarkets out of the complex and turning right which were much better than the ones along the coast. We hired bikes and used these everyday to get into Kos town.We would definitely return here in the future and would recommend this complex for anyone wanting a peaceful retreat with really friendly staff and the convenience of Kos a short distance away.

Loved Kos town. Sandy's was ok, good value very clean. Bit far out from middle of Kos town. €10 taxi from accommodation to town centre. Nice big pool, comfy bed nice clean towns and bedding. Room dated but fine as got here at a cheap price. Drinks and greek salads at pool bar good. Loved Kos town but as 35 mins walk from Sandy's maybe not stay here next time.

Very dated place but cheap. Pool are is nice. Rooms need a serious refurbishment. Shower has a missing section so bathroom gets flooded. Most of staff are nice but 1 bloke is passive aggressive and insisted on getting paid in cash then get annoyed when paid on card. Very bizarre.

Excellent accommodation. Nice swimming pool with enough sunbeds and friendly staff, always ready to help. Unfortunately there were 2 cockroaches in our room, that was also the only disadvantage. Furthermore, the shower was difficult to adjust, but because of the heat you could take a cold shower. Air conditioning costs 8 euros per day, but really a must

Friendly staff and really nice people. The location is very quiet so there is no noise. For pool lovers there is also a nice pool. We did not use it. I do not know how the other accommodations are but can give a review about the studios. These are not bad but really extremely outdated. They are also dark inside and on the ground floor it is difficult to leave your curtains open because people can look into your room. The drying rack on the balcony is very rickety, it kept falling over. The bathroom really needs updating. The toilet was yellowed. The shower and sink did not look clean anymore. Too bad because a lick of paint and updating would make a big difference. Beds are comfortable and the studio was large. Be careful, if you cycle to Sandy's you go up a hill! This can be difficult. In addition, the road back to the hotel is very dark in the evening.

Had a great stay at Sandys. Friendly helpful people. We had an apartment. Clean and good beds. Also good restaurant. Nice Greek evening. Quietly situated on the edge of Kos Town. Rented bikes to see the island. We are there for the 7th time in 2023. All in all a successful holiday.

Were there at the beginning of October in a studio, spacious and very clean with a terrace and a view of the garden, very quiet location. most were Dutch, but as a Belgian no problems, speak the same language. Very friendly service, always with a joke! Nice breakfast and dinner was tasty and at very reasonable prices. Beautiful and maintained garden and orchard, where lemons and oranges grew. Definitely worth repeating for a short holiday (1 week), were in May already been in Kos for 15 d. to go to Kos center we either took the bus on the main road or we went on foot!

Had a wonderful holiday of nine days. Fantastic place and sat in a nice lodge. We called it our “Tiny House” it was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff and owners extremely friendly and service oriented. Delicious breakfast and dinner for very little money. Had pleasant evenings. Definitely recommended. The small shop had a limited but sufficient stock. Supermarket is also 10 minutes by bike.
