Kipriotis Aqualand Hotel

* When we arrived the hotel was full of kids. For us it was ideal as we have toddler anyway but if you prefer adult company I personally would not come here * Free gym * Great toddler splash area - very cold in October * Great toddler disco - starts at 20.30 * Bus which will take you to the beach - 2 min away. You can do water sport at the beach. Beach itself is very rocky * chargeable drinks after midnight (if i remember properly) * lot of the drinks are not included in ALL INCULSIVE Taxi for the airport 45 euros - need to be booked with advance from reception desk You will be able to book buffet in the kipriotis hotel (located next to kipriotis aquapark) - you need to book it as soon as you will arrive as the spaces going quick. In my opinion food was literally the same (maybe few meals were different) and it felt a little bit posher Disadvantages: * Lots of drunk people on evening - arguing and shouting. As soon as we arrived we heard drunk people arguing! Bare in mind that we arrived just before midnight * Ridiculously loud music on evening - we stayed in the room 1713. On our second night we wanted to go to bed early but the music prevent us from going sleep. Normally I do like like background noise when going sleep but this one was way above my expectations. The music stopped at 22.30 * Charges for bottled water - 2euro. In the bar they giving you tap water. At the reception they told us that in the whole island every hotel gives tap water not bottled one. * Air cone only works during season time * None of the pools are heated - toddler pool was cooler than adult pool * £5 euro for sauna. Need to be booked with advance * You can only get towels from the bar which is open at 10am * Poor snack bar - personal opinion * No doctor on the side - need to drive around 4 miles * Miserable staff - especially two old men's (one worked near the child pool) another in the main bar. There is no life in them. * Falling off tiles around pool area * Old fashion key room - getting stuck. You need to turn it many times left and right before the door will unlock * £10 returnable fee for a towel (per person) on arrival Nothing to do with the hotel but if you planning to go to town be prepare to wait for the taxi - there is a special place where you can catch one but during the season good luck to you as you will be waiting ages. We come to Kos in October 2024 so it was not that bad! Over experience - Nothing special in this hotel

Good value hotel, lovely food and well organised. Quite a trek to and from the beach, so you tend to not go. Great entertainment team, enthusiastic and all staff were hard working. I am vegetarian and always found something to eat that wasn't chips or salad!

Lovely hotel, kids entertainment is great, staff are very friendly especially Nikos who was so lovely to my little boy and even gave him a toy! Pools are good but a little cold! All in all we are having a great time and would definitely come back again

We recently spent a week here and had a lovely holiday. Rooms are dated but clean and tidy. Maid service everyday who replenished tea and coffee supplies, fresh towels and toilet rolls. The only slight negative was not enough plug sockets in the bedroom. The hotel does sit on a very steep hill and our room was at the very top, we got a few lifts up from the courtesy bus, who will also take you down to the beach and pick you up again. We found the food really good, lots of choice at all meal times and good quality. Menus were varied daily with themed nights, Chinese, Greek, Italian and Mexican. Drinks were good, not branded alcohol but of good quality. The cocktails are ok but pre mixed. You can pay for freshly made cocktails and branded alcohol. Can't comment on the pools due to being a non swimmer and they were so deep I wouldn't have been able to stand up. ( i.m only 4ft 11in ). No problems getting a sunbed at all no matter what time of day. Reception staff were Friendly and helpful. Visited kos town twice which was lovely €15 each way in a private taxi. All in all excellent value for money.

Our favorite hotel when travelling with family to Kos since it opened. Big clean rooms, nice location with beautiful views, good food. We especially appreciate this hotel also because of the friendly and helpful staff, like Kristina and Nikitas in the restaurant who have almost been there since the opening. They are very good ambassadors for the hotel.
