So far worst hotel we have been. Food: - Not much variety, only few options and many of those tasted odd or simply bad (oily and greasy) - All meat dishes were soaked with some nasty sauce - Snacks were also not what we expected for a 4-star hotel - Salads were ok Bar: - Only 1 bar and 4 coctail choises (pre-made) - Long waiting time specially at evening - Few chairs next to each others in front of the bar, not cosy at all! - No place to fill your own water bottle Room: - Air conditiong didn't work whole week, wen it did it it blowed warm air, not helpful - Beds are rock hard, very outdated rooms with cracked tiles and broken toilet - Towels were supposed to change when asked daily but for the last 2 days they had no bathing towels left so they gave us only hand towels.. Bed linen were changed 1 time. Pool: - All sunbeds were reserved at 9am, not enough for everyone - Pool towels has seen their best days, you could see right through them - Pool was ok, clean water and not too crowded Staff: - Restaurant manager (?), oh well, nothing good about him - Desk staff were mostly ignorant and rude - Bar staff were friendly Other: - Lido waterpark bus is right next to the hotel and it was free - Dinner in sister hotel was great! The food there was fantastic.

Lets start with the negatives the beds are the worst that I have ever tried to sleep on, both hard and springs can be felt. Rooms are compact but functional and bathroom needs modernizing but again functional. Food and drink is palatable and probably what you should expect from a 3 star hotel. Some may find a cockerel crowing from 4-6am endearing but this was not my highlight of the holiday. It would also be nice to be served evening drinks in a glass and not plastic cup. Positives rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard, which was the same throughout all areas of the hotel though some had aged better than others. What makes this hotel is the staff, every single member that we spoke or signed to were faultless, table staff very attentive and always smiling, bar staff active to serve and of course Enzo who is a complete genius at his job. We had no issues with queues but at a guess at the time of our visit it was only at 50% capacity, I could foresee this being very different in peak season particularly at the bar.

I can’t explain how amazing this place was the hotel deserves a 5 stars!!I can say the service and entertainers were outstanding especially mercy and enzo they bring good energy and amazing vibe.The hotel staff are amazing and very polite!

We just returned from staying at the Kipriotis Hippocrates hotel. We had an 11-day vacation. The atmosphere was very good. The staff working there were great. Starting with the reception, where we were helped by the friendly Stergiana. The cleaning manager, Sonja, is a wonderful woman. The food could have been a little better. The service staff were polite. A truly wonderful, super friendly person I’m happy to have met was the entertainer Enzo. Very positive person ,professional funny Enzoooo. Guys at the bar as well was great 👍🏽 Very good location,beautiful evenings walk in a Kos town, We with family recommend to visit this hotel

We really enjoyed the place, very good for families, plenty of activities to do there and the entertainers and bar staff were the best. Enzo was very friendly and looked after all the hotel guests, he deserves a shout out as he made sure everyone was happy and he helped with anything needed, regarding the hotel and anything within Kos.

Room service was great as everything was freshly changed daily before mid day, food could have some improvement but like the idea of changing cuisines every night but the main highlight of this hotel was the entertainer, ENZO!! The best entertainer i have met, funny, great at his job and so nice, absolute legend.

We stayed at Ippocrates Kos and were very satisfied. The hotel was clean and fairly close to the town, so getting there was easy whenever we wanted. The pool was pleasant and the bar next to it convenient. The food was really good, with great variety and lots of flavor. Every day there were different dishes, and we always found something we liked. The staff were friendly and overall our stay was quiet and relaxing. It’s a good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable hotel with good food and a laid-back vibe.

This holiday has been amazing. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely. Housekeeping was efficient which was good. Enzo the entertainer has done an amazing entertainment and deserves a huge shoutout. He is soo lovely, funny and kind. Will miss this place a lot!
