We have been to many hotels and always felt like guests. Here we were made to feel like family. All the hard working staff cannot do enough to help, from the managers to the cleaners. The only downside is the food was too good and now our trousers don't fit!

Stayed here from 10th-21st May. Nice hotel but in my opinion it wasn't 5*. Food nice with a wide selection to choose from. Hotel staff friendly, bar staff always happy to see you and welcoming. The Entertainment Staff were exceptional Taylor , Freddo and everyone else absolutely amazing.

unfortunately, this was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. While the food was decent and the staff were friendly, the experience was let down by poor management. The manager initially seemed welcoming, but quickly became dismissive and unapproachable—we felt completely ignored. Our key card stopped working every day and needed constant reprogramming, yet the issue was never properly resolved. Overall, we felt like we were invisible to the management. Very disappointing, especially for the price

Hotel is dated, Rooms need definitely upgrade. Food is terrible, Drinks are watered down. You get what you pay for, but this time we paid too much for what we got. Staff is friendly, therefore 1 star, Rooms are not really cleaned, showering was not really possible, limed and rusty, shower head on the wall over the bath tub in 150 cm height, nothing to hold yourself. All inclusive means now you have to pay for mineral water or still water. Thx not again.

This is a fairly relaxing hotel by day, although dated it is quite clean. By night, it is far too loud, music bellowing across the pool until the early hours of the morning. Staff are very friendly and are clearly trying but there’s a lot of words used in the marketing that are very misleading. It is not a 5 star hotel. 3 stars max. Fridge wasn’t working. Safe wasn’t working. The food that I could actually eat was fresh and full of flavour. However the hotel had said there were gluten free, vegetarian and vegan offerings but it failed to label the allergens on each dish. Instead there is a sign to ask the staff, who often didn’t know. Coffee at breakfast was instant, I’d expect filter coffee at the very least. And nowhere did I read that you can’t flush toilet tissue before I arrived. It has to be put in a bin. Which the cleaners neglected to empty on the first day we were here. Whilst I can’t blame the hotel for the drainage system, it’s just another not very nice thing when it’s been labelled ‘relaxing and luxurious’. Very disappointed with the stay. Will spend longer researching so-called ‘deals’ to make sure that we don’t make the same mistake in the future.
