I recently visited this property, staff are very friendly and The cake something i forget but bakes by NH or smth was really good. Everyone should try the bakery item once the muffins are so delicious and the Bakery chef, Krishna is was humble and sweetest like the cakes. Thank you chef krishna for you sweet words and the cake.

I had one of the worst experiences with the cake from Nepalrika Hotel. It was dry, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. The texture was crumbly and hard, as if it had been sitting for days. Even the frosting lacked any flavor and felt overly artificial. We expected something decent for the price we paid, but it was completely disappointing. The presentation was poor, and it didn’t look anything like the pictures shown. None of our guests enjoyed it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place for cakes at all. Total waste of money and a ruined celebration.

for 5 months I come for pastry most of the time in here .hard to say they remove 50 % discount ,but any way befere 3 months ago the pastry were good .But now there's only 25 % , but still i need to say those decoration are so pretty Thankx to mrishna cf

Our stay at Nepalirika Hotel Biratchowk was truly unforgettable. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. A special mention goes to Mr. Subash from the Service Department his dedication, attentiveness, and warm approach made our experience even more enjoyable. We also extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Binod, the Sales Manager, for his incredible hospitality and for treating our family with such thoughtful care, delicious food, and genuine warmth. We highly recommend this remarkable hotel to anyone visiting eastern Nepal. It’s an experience you shouldn’t miss!

It’s good but still needs to upgrade service, some of basic things like small questions or issues couldn’t fix at time. So I believe that the management will think and improve the service quality. The breakfast was ok . I couldn’t feel about housekeeping because was no service

Nepalirika Hotel is the best place for summer swimming clean pool, peaceful vibes, and ideal for families and friends. The food service is excellent with no disappointments fresh, quick, and tasty! A special thanks to the front office team Suganda, Karuna, and Sabina for being so welcoming and helpful. They really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
