"After coming to the hotel, it turned out that our room was not ready yet and there was a delay - so you offered us a drink at the reception and sent to the bar. Young lady at the bar, she said that at most we can get a little beer or coffee, and no drink will be given "because she is the manager here, not the reception." Then we asked by phone for the scarfs that were not in the room, after 30 minutes we called again because nobody came to us. You said that you were calling the service to check the status, but you didn't put down the phone... we had the opportunity to hear you from the reception saying, "... those 315 guys ask about these slippers, They are such a...” Then we went back to the bar to drink coffee, the young lady from the reception in a sprayful and uncultural way argued with us that black coffee is the same as espresso and the like, After that, when we went to the elevator, it came to us with the question “what am I going to fly behind you to settle for?” when we noticed that we had the opportunity to use coffee and we received the answer “what am I supposed to guess? Gentlemen GO ALL” (we were waiting for the elevator) Overall the hotel service leaves gently saying much to wish, except you were very kind at the reception when you gave the room."

"Close to the rail station and restaurants etc. Hotel had nice entrance area and reception desk staff. Room was pale decore with two single beds. Big desk, bottled water. Bathroom was in good condition. I left too early for breakfast but was given a takeaway bag - juice, water, bread, butter, cold meats, salad, cheese and hard boiled egg. Not brilliant value for money. Would have preferred to have coffee and making facilites. Bathroom only had bath and hand held shower attachment. Would have preferred shower cubical. Shower gel / shampoo were in small bottles rather than wall mounted dispensers. "
