had a great stay here, gonna repeat to stay here again soon ...

The location is pretty good, about a ten-minute walk from the pier and Gaya Street. The lobby is very well-lit and feels very safe. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and food deliveries can be picked up there. You need a key card to access the elevators, but all four elevators are incredibly slow, so there's always a wait. The room is very spacious, and the twin room I chose was excellent. It came equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, and induction cooktop, making it very suitable for family trips. Unfortunately, my friend isn't a fan of seafood, so we didn't end up buying groceries to cook our own meals.

Good location. Feels in the middle of everything. Just streets away from Gaya Night Market, just in front of the waterfront, walkable to Jesselton Ferry Terminal. Comms with the team was also good, they replied fast. The only issue would probably be the toilet having quite an odour from the drainage. Might be an issue within the whole building or not, I can't be sure.

Need to improve the cleanliness of the room. So dusty and found something under the bed. Safety need to improve. Someone just shook our front door handle just to see can enter or not. And if you planning to enjoy till late night outside and come back late please ensure yourself safe. Overall still fine and room not soundproof.

I like that there is a wardrobe at bedroom, we could hanged our clothes for inside the wardrobe. The room is very clean. No soap for washing hand.

Don’t go !! Chose another hotel.There is nobody there for you , no service at all , there is a very partial view id the see and you have paid for that . Swimming poll Full of kids and people. The apartment is not like the pictures at all . Half of the things inside of the apartment don’t work at all neither the aircon , i felt very disappointed cause you pay but they don’t give you anything! They don’t give you neither the key for the elevator and you are always stuck and have to take the strairs to 23th floors!! If you need something nobody Will help you or give you an information, They give you a Drive Where They put you have to clean and make self check in and self check out !! If you are a foreiner you need Help and nobody is there never !!

The room itself was great. However, there were a couple of minor issues: the shower pressure was quite low, and toiletries were provided sparingly – we stayed for two nights but only received a dental kit for one! My friend also mentioned that late at night on the Ghost Festival, she heard footsteps in the room and noises by the window, which was a little spooky. Despite these points, overall, it was still quite good, and the room had a very cozy feel.

The place looked nothing like the photos advertised. The dirty walls were quite off-putting, and the room had a persistent, strange, musty smell that simply wouldn't go away. Cleanliness was pretty average, nothing special. As for the facilities, the hot water heater was faulty: you only got hot water when it was set to a low temperature; turning it up high actually made the water cold.

The location is fantastic. It comes with a washer and dryer and a small kitchenette, making it perfect for longer stays. We had a minor hiccup initially, but the customer service team resolved it very well. Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects. We opted for the sea view suite, which was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the opportunity to return.

Recommend to stay. Nice view, comfortable & easy to go round. The staff also friendly & helpful 🥰

The place is super nice and i really love the view.. Will come here again for sure..

The balcony is super good place to chill , however there's some broken furniture such as the sofa, chair , and slightly dirt on the furniture
