The room was spacious enough and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Check-in and check-out were both very convenient. We also added the hotel's WeChat contact in advance.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean comfortable and with complete amenities. Only the electric stove not working. Very strategic location and nice sea view. We had a smooth check in and check out experience. My kids love this place so much. Will stay here again if visit to KK again in future.

The apartment is spacious and incredibly well-equipped, perfect for a family stay. Although it's a contactless experience, the service is outstanding. We added the host on WeChat, and they responded almost instantly whenever we had a question. The host also provided a PDF with travel recommendations. Plus, free luggage storage is available at check-in and check-out. There's even an outdoor infinity pool in the building!

This was my second stay here. It's really convenient to get around and there are so many great food options nearby, which is perfect for a foodie like me. The host was also very welcoming.

The pool on the seventh floor made our kid happy even before we hit the beach. The room has a washer/dryer, and a hot plate for simple cooking, which was super convenient. It's also within walking distance to Jesselton Point.

This guesthouse is fantastic, offering great value for money. Check-in was convenient, and both the owner and the receptionist were very welcoming. It's a genuine sea-view room, with a beautiful ocean vista right outside the living room window. Self-check-in and smart controls were a plus, all at a great price. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and bright. It came with Chinese standard power strips, so I didn't need to bring a UK adapter. The Panasonic air conditioning in the room cooled incredibly well! The owner also gave great recommendations for exploring Kota Kinabalu!

Overall, our stay was good. The unit comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Jesselton Point.

The sea-view room was exactly as pictured, came with cooking facilities, and was very conveniently located. The hostess gave us incredibly detailed and prompt advice on transportation, dining, and sightseeing, which was a huge help. The rooftop offers excellent views and is worth a visit. Overall, a perfect experience. I wouldn't recommend the building's swimming pool; it's really dirty, despite looking clear from above. There were spilled drinks on the sofa from a previous guest – I initially thought it might be something else, but a quick sniff confirmed it was a beverage. While I understand it might be hard to clean, I still suggest finding a way to wash it.

My stay at Good View Residence in Kota Kinabalu was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get to Gaya Street Sunday Market and the jetty. The owner and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they not only provided detailed maps and local tips but also helped us book an affordable island-hopping tour. The room was clean and tidy, and the terrace offered an expansive view, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sea and sunset. It's truly great value for money and feels just like home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu!

It's quite clean, and you get a direct view of the sea from the window. It's very close to DBKK Jetty and Gaya Street, so you can easily visit the Gaya Street Sunday Market on weekends. I lost my sunglasses when I went to Mantanani Island, and after searching for a long time, the hotel staff actually found them for me. They were a huge help, thank you so much!
