The place is very convenient. But the room is a bit small.Toilet door can't lock. If having a mirror in the room is better. Only have a mirror in the toilet.

Nice hotel to stay but on basic need as they claimed they area trying their best in accommodating patron's need with affordable room rate. So all amenities will charged according to our need.

The service was good.. Reached hotel almost midnight but the receptionist was very welcoming.. Cleanliness was great.

The staff are not friendly. Not even smile. Work like stress.. Its scary to see their face.

Good but the breakfast not good

This was my third time staying here. Very convinient to shop in 1borneo mall. The staff also very helpful and friendly.

The receptionist wasnt very responsive to requests. Only mineral water provided in the room and not very much choices of food provided at the cafe.

Great place to stay, has netflix and wifi. But for breakfast it's disappointing because the food is not delicious and nothing special just mie and meatballs .

During check in the staff who assist me doesn't really give a further explanation such as what time breakfast, when the door close espc on level 3 area access (fortunately, we met the staff from kitchen area then he told us to use the lobby entrance and they gave an option of bed on apps, but just simply give us no option actually. Plus, the amenities room just had the basic thing, but excluded toothpaste, no hot drinks like coffee and after 30 min in the room i just notice the sign no food/ drinks allowed from the outside (I like wait a minutes 😂) Btw, the good things here is, u can had a breakfast or enjoying view of city from elusion cafe, easily access to shopping mall and doesn't have to worry where to eat because there's a lot option of restaurants for you. Lbnl, those who drive a car, you can park at your own risk on level 3 ( but still have to pay yaa 😂, ticket pay at level 2 counter) and the parking entrance beside the courtyard hotel. And make sure you ask all your question or whatever it is to the staff 😎
