Very friendly & helpful staff.
Room is very clean. I'm very satisfied with the room.
I can just walk if i want to buy food or shopping. The room condition as in pictures. Many and lot of pro's.
So, i just list the cons.
No lift. So, if you are solo traveller or has less luggage, it's ok. Not suitable for elderly.
It is not soundproof.
As for me, it just have two cons

Perfect place to stay. Location is strategic. About 15-20 minutes to the airport, Marina Harbour Jetty. Within walking distance to the night market/handicraft market, Center Point. Service is top notch. Admins will invite you to a Whatsapp group chat and provide the direction to CJ Residence and other details. They will check up on you daily asking if everything is fine. Although the rooms are on the 2nd floor of shop lot, staff will assist to carry your luggage of required. The room, bathroom are clean and pleasant. Iron and iron board are provided at the hallway.

Check in and check out was easy. Just inform host before you arrived and someone will wait for you to help and give you a key. Room spotless clean. All basic amenities provided.
The only hiccup is to hike up to second floor.. 😁😁😁

The hotel is very clean, smells so good and easy to find.. but most of all i very pleased with the cust service.. they really good and kind, they answer all my questions, and keep waiting for me to check in since i arrived at the hotel very late but their staff still waiting for me.. you guys dont thinn twice, book at this hotel.. u gonna love it, worth every penny, and u feel very welcome and appreciated.. thnk u , looking forward to come again

We like this apartment very much.
1: The Lordland sent us tips (location for grab and picture of entrance).
2: There were all the necessities in the room, like water, toiletries, a power bank, sanitizers, etc.
3: The room was very clean, with a good bathroom.
4: The hotel has a great location. It's closed to the food market, main attractions, and airport.
5: All the staff was really friendly and helped us a lot.
We recommend this hotel to travelers!

Absolutely great service even from before my booking ! Vinah was absolutely great! The room has good facilities as well, comb, kit with cotton bud, toothbrush, good quality hairdryer! Location is right in the middle !

I believe the host is very warmed and detailed person. Before I touched down, the in-charge started to follow up with me on the arrival time and send me all the direction and guide to check in hotel in a detailed manner. They even check-in with me on my stay frequently and provided me tips on KK carpark. This hotel is very nicely renovated, same as picture shown. It also equipped with generous amenities put inside and outside the room. The room has many powerpoints and provided sufficient hangers which I felt it is very convenient and like your home when u r in the room. First time encountering such a generous host. The host also upgraded the room for me for free. Really appreciate it! The location is definitely superb, 5 mins walk to the fish market and waterfront. Will recommend this hotel... Tks to the host. I love the room so much and this made an unforgettable trip for my first trip to north Borneo😊

Budget hotel with a 5-star hotel room amenities. The air condition is cool and comfortable. The window curtain has a remote control. Surprisingly they provide power bank and hairdryer too in each room.
