-Sangat selesa. Bantal sangat empuk
-Ada TV yang clear semua channel
-swimming pool kecil sikit
-People at dining area can easily see if you're swimming at the moment.
-Overall, can repeat to book at Promenade Hotel in other time
-Breakfast maybe 7.5/10. Orang ramai sangat dalam range pukul 9-10 pagi

Room with seaview. Great selection of breakfast but the taste still can be improve. Walking distance to major attractions in KK. Excellent connectivity to the airport. Problem with hot water. Don't have it after 7pm to 8am tomorrow morning

Very excellent feeling stay with this hotel
Only little humble feedback:
1. If hv exhaust in restroom will perfectly
2. The breakfast at restaurant, mee goreng too hard & oily / the coffee machine need Q quite long time when crowded / fried egg abit hard ( overall f&b at restaurant 5/10 )

I had a pleasant stay at Promenade Hotel. The location is very convenient right in the city center, close to shopping malls, waterfront attractions, and dining options. It’s a great base for exploring Kota Kinabalu.
The lobby and common areas are spacious and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities I needed. The sea view rooms are especially worth it for the sunset views over the waterfront.
Breakfast offered a good variety of local and international options, though the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth.
Overall, everything was good 😊😊😊
