Celyn Hotel City Mall Reviews

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the room was spacious and bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were warm and friendly. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious and high-quality food. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel in a perfect spot, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome 🤗 Photo taken from the hotel room window Mount Kinabalu during sunrise. 🌄

Room very cleay, tidy, fast check-in. Location near to kpj for my hubby review Parking in front of hotel

I have been staying at Celyn Hotel since the COVID-19 period, and I’ve always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, as it is close to City Mall, with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I’m happy to keep coming back.

The location was great, it's attached to the mall and very convenient to walk from the hotel to the mall.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable to sleep in. They provide a high tea inside the hotel, so you can enjoy some coffee while relaxing. It's also right in the city center.

Good hotel, near to KPJ where im went to visit my daughter in law having operations. all in all its a hotel

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

This hotel is terrible. Nobody cleaned our room or provided fresh towels and toothbrushes the entire stay. When I complained at the front desk, they told me it was because we were checking out the next day. But we checked in on the 11th and even switched rooms due to an extension. From the 11th to the 15th, no one cleaned our room at all. The hotel's location is odd and hard to find. It's not friendly towards Chinese guests, especially one chubby woman with yellow hair who seemed like a manager. Even though I couldn't understand what she was saying, I could tell she had a very disdainful attitude towards Chinese people and thought it was perfectly fine for the hotel not to clean rooms.

The cleanliness and suitable location for hospital and food. It's just few steps away from the City Mall where everthing is there.

Very good Excellent Nice place Friendly I feel happy to check in celyn hotel

Great place near to the mall and city centre. Lot of eateries could be found nearby. Perhaps TV could be upgraded to smart TV
