For shopping this the place to stay. For peace and quiet might not fullfiled because sound from plane and traffic is very loud. Overall nice stay we enjoyed it.

Service was good, everything else was just okay. Convenient location.

Hotel is located near Imago Shopping Mall. Less than 5 mins walk. There are a few eateries and laundromat nearby.

This is my impromptu go-to hotel everytime we decided to go to KK. It’s convenient for families and its a 5mins walk to IMAGO shopping mall.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 17. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for both short and long trips.

My colleuqe like this hotel so much because it is not far from the airport and no need to enter KK town. The hotel was clean & comfort. It is just for one night transit to go to Miri for the next day.

First time stay in this hotel. It was surprised that had a nice renovation. The bed is too old and i think they need to change it. More improvement need . Location is awesome because it is located beside the mall.

Before flying to Thailand, my son and I took the Hotel 17 in Kota Kinabalu for one day. We were there from 21.07. to 22.07.2025. Overall, the hotel made a good impression. The room is clean, the air conditioning works, the bathroom has all the necessary accessories, a tea station. The room is clean, nice, the bed linen is good. It is located right across the street from a large shopping center, and next to the airport. Overall, we can recommend it!
