I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
