Saas Residency

One of the budget friendly stays I have experienced in Calicut. Need to focus of staff services. Apart from that, everything else is fine.

it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, everything was good there apart from the room size, it was too small

Clean room,,good amneties and good staff Hotel is walking distance from railway station. No food option

Walking distance to the hotel from the station,well maintained property. Restaurant is under maintenance

Rooms have just a bed, tv, wardrobe and attached bathroom. Space feels cramped, but it is an affordable option when travelling solo and there is a need to stay just one night

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location is excellent—just a 4-minute walk from Kozhikode railway station, which made it extremely convenient for my travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a good level of privacy and peace. The staff was courteous and always ready to help whenever needed. I didn’t opt for breakfast, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else met my expectations. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because there’s still a bit of room for improvement in the overall ambiance.
