I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

Photos are deceiving. Rooms are extremely tiny. The bathroom had 1 towel. Area outside the property have homeless people sleeping

Great location close to excellent places to eat. Very close to the beach The photos on ******* are a little deceiving and appears to be heavily photo shopped. Especially the one of the front. Air condition was effective but noisy. The windows didn’t shut properly which resulted in mosquitos getting in. This may have just been our room. Staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. For the price we can’t complain.

Looks small and not very noticeable from the outside but the rooms are quite spacious and clean. Housekeeping is done quite well. They don't have their own restaurant but have a tie-up with the neighbouring ZamZam restaurant which is quite excellent. Best part is it's proximity to the beach -takes less than 10 minutes to walk there. All in all, quite a good place to stay.

It's a decent budget Hotel near to the Calicut Beach. All the famous restaurants of Calicut within 1km radius. Even though this place doesn't have own Restaurant, there is lot of options within few steps away. Overall nice stay. Recommended for short transit stay.
