we stayed at this hotel last week for two nights.. it is in best location to walk every where .. the room we stayed was very small, with long hallway.. it did not give me impression that , rooms are very clean ,. it is average .. staff is very nice , helpful, very polite, very friendly..we enjoy our stay any way, thank you for the nice staff and all the help we got from them

5 mayıs 2022 tarihinde konakladık 1 gece 2 gece de olabilir dedik girerken yarın sabah teyit alınsın bu odadan dedi ordaki yetkili kişi. Ertesi gün tüm eşyalarımızı topladık valizlerimiz odada biz otel dışı kahvaltıya gittik sonrasında dolaştık. Telefon ettik bugün kalmayacağımızı söyledik. Eşyalarımızı almaya gittiğimizde saat 12.00 ı 1 dk geçse bile sistem bizden 20 euro alacaklarını söylediler. Biz de 12 de çıkış yapmamız gerektiğini biliyoruz aslında zaten sabah 9 da çıktık bile ama öyle bir izlenimki merak etmeyin sıkıntı olmaz vs den sonra sessiz duralım da sonrasında parayı isteriz taktiği küçük düşünceler. Önemli bir tutar değil konaklama 1.100 tl ödemişken ancak sabah da sorabilirlerdi kalıp kalmayacağımızı ya da telefonda da belirtebilirlerdi bence uyanıklık yaptıklarını düşünüyorlar ancak kendilerine zarar verirler👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Otel konum olarak, temizlik şık modern ve çalışanları güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaları ***et başarılı idi, sdece gece birqz fazla dışarıdan disko müzik sesi geliyor, o da 00:00 itibari ile son buluyor,resepsiyonda Nazlıcan hanıma da ilgisi için ayrıcada teşekkür ederiz. Museum Hotel de yer bulamayınca aynı şirkete ait bu oteli tercih ettik. Merkezi, temiz, yeni, odaları ideal ve çok iyi dekore edilmiş (ayna dolu 😃), personeli çok iyi ve ilgili. Otopark sorunu yaşamadık ücretsiz vale hizmeti verildi. Kahvaltısı zengin ve yöresel lezzetler de mevcuttu. Sadece kahvaltı için pazar gününden kalan bazı hamur işleri, ekmekler pazartesi günü de servis edilmişti, taze değildi. Bu durum bu kalitede bir otele pek yakışmadığı için özellikle belirtmek istedim. Yine de Antakya’ya yolum düşerse tercih edeceğim bir otel olacaktır.

Aile olarak 3 gün kaldığımız antakya da seçtiğimiz waxwing otelden çok memnun kaldık, hem otel içi hem şehirde gerektiği zaman her türlü bilgilendirmeyi kısa öz ve güvenilir olarak sundular. Odamız geniş ve temiz ferah idi. Otel merkezde yeralıyor bu sebep ile otopark sorunu var ama personel yardımcı oluyor. Tekrar antakya da merkezde bir otelde kalacak isem yine kalmayı tercih ederim. Kahvaltı ortalamanın üzerinde idi. Tüm ekibe ve Aykut beye teşekkürlerimizle
