The hotel receptionist was kind and attentive. Hotel has everything that we needed. Breakfast is simple yet is go.d Location was excellent.

I really liked this hotel. It's in a super convenient location, right near the ticket office for Railay, surrounded by tons of shops and cafes. Plus, there's no evening noise. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. The only minor inconvenience was that there wasn't really space for two suitcases. The breakfast was modest, but it was enough for us. And it's great that there's a small coffee machine that makes two types of coffee. The staff were friendly and resolved all our issues quickly. And the ginger cat is adorable! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, practically right by the beach and close to where boats depart for Railay Beach. The hotel has a pool and sun loungers. You can also book excursions and transfers to other destinations directly at the hotel. Right outside the hotel is the best cafe in Ao Nang, Family Thai Food, which always has a queue. Room cleaning and bottled water are provided daily. At reception, you can borrow beach towels, mats, umbrellas, and more.

The room itself was decent and matched the photos. However, there were no closets or drawers, just an odd-looking hanger, which was quite inconvenient. As for toiletries, there was no shampoo, lotion, or dental kit – pretty much nothing except for cotton swabs and a shower cap. The large floor-to-ceiling window didn't impress me much, as you're constantly exposed, forcing you to keep the heavy curtains drawn for any semblance of privacy. The hotel grounds were poorly maintained, with withered leaves scattered everywhere. On the positive side, I really liked the lady who cleaned our room: she was polite, friendly, helped with our belongings, and kept the room spotless. A special thanks to her. However, the same cannot be said for the reception. I've never encountered such indifference. I arrived at 8:30 AM and had to wait over 5 hours for check-in. They didn't even offer for me to use the hotel facilities or the pool. All their interest in me vanished as soon as I declined to purchase their breakfasts. While I was waiting, two families checked out, and rooms became available around 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. I asked if I could check in earlier once those rooms were cleaned, but was told no, only exactly at 2:00 PM. Many customer-oriented hotels would accommodate an early check-in if possible. Exactly at 2:00 PM, the woman from reception simply left her post and went somewhere. I had to wait a few more minutes. When she returned, she pretended not to see me. I had to ask about check-in again. Only then did she finally deign to give me the room key. To be fair, she did help me take my suitcase to the room. This kind of staff behavior completely ruined my stay and my desire to return. You can find many other hotels of similar quality for just an overnight stay, and at a significantly lower price.

Located near Ao Nang street. Laundry and bike rental juat next door. 5 mins walk to the Ao Nang beach. Recommended 👍🏻

Convenient location, close to a good restaurant (Family restaurant), and the port. You can book ferries with the staff at the front desk. We would have liked to be warned about the laundry service (our clothes weren't washed according to the instructions and were put in the dryer: be careful not to end up with shrunken clothes...). The shower was old and not very pleasant to use (several adjustments needed, and the water wasn't very hot).

Peaceful and comfortable, conveniently located near the beach and night market. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is set off of a main road and surprisingly it is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was nice but could have been cleaned more regularly as it is set under a number of trees. The rooms were nice and clean, and more importantly the bed was comfortable. Note, we did have ants in our bathroom and a cockroach in our room. It's suitable accommodation for a short stay.

Great stay at this hotel! The price was very reasonable for the comfort and service provided. Located in a super convenient area — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and overall great value for money. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

Very nice and quiet hotel. The people there are very nice and helpful. The rooms are basically but very clean. Close to the beach. Very good price quality for the area.
