The hotel area is good in general, the breakfast was good with a fantastic view. The rooms was ok, the bed was very hard and the bathroom felt very outdated.
House keeping was a bit careless, we had to ask for towels several times since they forgot to put new in our room as well as more toilet paper since it wasn’t restocked either.
The pool by the reception was dirty with a lot of leaves, and also old cans and bottles lied around the pool area for several hours.

Great location. Service is wonderful. Picked up from airport and got transported by boat to the hotel.
Stunning sunsets!
The one down side is it can get busy with boats and the engines are loud.
But would 100% stay here again

While my recent stay at the hotel had its downsides, there were some positives worth mentioning. The location was truly beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made for a picturesque setting. Additionally, the concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt run down, with noticeable signs of neglect. We were also significantly overcharged compared to other guests, and to top it off, were charged an extra 900 THB for a bed that was uncomfortable and barely usable. This left us feeling frustrated and unfairly treated. Despite the lovely location and excellent concierge service, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Saman, Tong and Housekeeping was very helpful and hospitable❤️. The person who’s answering the phone wasn’t considerate at all. First, I requested for Conditioner and Tooth brush as it’s not in the room but the receptionist was sarcastic when they answered me and see the picture for the conditioner I don’t think this is the standard. Also, I asked for late checked out until 1PM only, but the receptionist said cannot be. Now, I have to wait for long for my check in in my next hotel, because the room is ready at 2PM. I HOPE YOU CAN BE MORE CONSIDERATE TO YOUR OTHER GUEST NEXT TIME.

The curtains at the entrance were a bit dirty. The hotel runs east and west, so it was nice to have a sea view. The bathroom was a bit dated.

I was holding off writing this review, but the hotel has had 3 days to respond to my email, which was ignored, so here goes. The hotel itself is great. The location is the main selling point. The room we had was a villa near the sunrise side and although it was a bit dark it was a good size and had everything we needed. The problem I had, and have not received a response regarding, was the airport pickup I arranged with the hotel. We've traveled a lot as a family in Thailand and use Bolt/Grab regularly but as we needed a driver from Phuket airport right to the hotel I decided to book directly with the hotel and pay the extra price as I presumed they'd send a professional driver and the extra money would be worth it for a mote reliable service. Around 45 mins into the drive, my husband had to shout at the driver as he had fallen asleep whilst driving. In the van, we had our 8 year old son and my parents in law. So we all spent the remaining 1.5 hours paranoid, and all staring at the driver to check, he was awake. He was constantly on his phone, replying to messages, and the incessant notifications were super annoying. I can't conform this as the hotel is ignoring my email, but I suspect that rather than sending a driver they'd employed, they had just booked a tour operator from Phuket. I could have done this myself for much less than they'd charged me, but like I said, I presumed that booking with them would give me a bit more safety and security. On the way back to Phuket, we took a speedboat, which was a much better experience, and I'd recommend this rather than a driver. So for the fact that my family was put in a dangerous situation, I will not return to the hotel.

Hotel location on West railay is convenient and closed to walking street. Service is good but the room and other amenities are very old and obsolete. Need significant renovation for a 3/4 Star resort

My only problem with this place was the loud noise at 6 am. I called reception and they told me it might be a monkey. I am not sure if that's true as I didn't go to investigate it. And then at 8 am it seemed like people were singing outside. So weird.

Stunning beach front resort nestled in lush jungle with monkeys. Right in front of east floating pier, so easy option woth luggage. Resort had 3 swimming pools, we enjoyed 2 of them during our stay. This resort stretches from east to west Railay beaches. Fantastic service and sunset. Breakfast had a lot of options to keep everyone happy, it was a great start to the daydining on beach front.

The room is felt just okay, there was a drainage problem with the shower and sink, the bath not looked clean enough to try it. On the other hand breakfast was good, and the staff friendly and helpfull. Overal i enjoyed my stay, but they can improve on the facilities.

Doesn't advertise that it is a halal hotel which was disappointing. Wifi didn't work, shower didn't work and the door to the cabana allowed geckos to roam in and out freely. Wouldn't really recommend. Staff was nice however.

Stayed here before and bungalow was lovely, this time I was disappointed. Bungalow was far from deluxe, everything is old and tired looking, beds had rips in them and the 3rd bed provided for my daughter was disgusting and hard. Bungalow was tiny and we could hardly move or get into bed with a third bed in the room.
Bathroom was very basic and far from deluxe, had mould and a vile smell of sewage.
Reception staff were lovely and friendly.
Porters were polite and friendly
Restaurant staff left us unimpressed, we went for a meal and they started closing the place down before we had even finished our mains at 9pm, no offer of dessert and they told us they needed to cash up so could we pay (even though we were still eating).
Pool area was littered with rubbish which I informed receptionist about but they just left it to blow off onto the beach. One of the pools on the east side was filthy.
Location is amazing but I’m not sure I will return to this resort again.
Also people need to be aware when booking that it’s a no alcohol rule, you can buy wine from supermarket to have with you meal but the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol which I totally respect based on their religion.

Good points - Easy access from the boats. Right on the beach.
Bad points - Old, tired, rooms which were not clean. Breakfast was very basic so we only went once. The same restaurant for lunch was carnage, very short staffed and food was pretty poor. People were leaving before getting served. Staff were generally nothing special. No alcohol served at this hotel but you can bring your own to the restaurant.
If you want something cheap and cheerful, this is for you. But it’s definitely only that.

Mieszkalismy w Tropical Willa Plus. To przestronny, komfortowy dom położony wśród tropikalnej roślinności. Górą wśród drzew przemykały stada małp które ochrona przegania ale, ku naszej radości , kilka razy udalo się nam zobaczyć. Śniadania są średniej jakości. Brak naturalnych soków mango czy ananasowego.
Plaża Raylay jest przepiękna ale do około godziny 10. Potem pojawiają się w duzych ilosciach chalaśliwe long boty i tłumy odwiedzajacych to miejsce turystów. Jeszcze piękniejsza, a zapewne najpiękniejsza na świecie, jest sąsiednia plaża Phra Nang. Najlepiej pojawić się na niej rano kiedy duża część jest w cieniu skał i nie ma tlumu turystow.
