Response from Property: Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and share your experience staying with us. 🙏 First of all, the hotel sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience regarding the condition of your room and the air conditioning not being cool on the night you checked in. As it was nighttime, we were unable to immediately call a technician for repairs. We could only perform a basic filter cleaning, which may not have completely resolved the issue. We deeply apologize for this. We have now informed the maintenance department to inspect and resolve the problem to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. Thank you very much for your appreciation of the service provided by our short-haired female staff member. We are very happy that she was able to assist you with the laundry room, including advising you on how to exchange coins and purchase laundry detergent appropriately. We will definitely pass on this compliment to her. 💛 Regarding the cleanliness issue, we will take your feedback into consideration and improve our cleaning standards to provide the best possible experience for all our guests.
