Great location and great view. Checkin is fast and friendly. Nice breakfast but slow coffee serving.
The room is beautiful and comfortable bed.

It was a very comfortable hotel for a family trip. It was inconvenient because the location was a little far from the downtown area, but it was convenient because there was a shuttle to Aonang Beach.Breakfast was delicious and good even if there wasn't a lot of breakfast.

Beautiful property with a lot to offer. You don’t have to go anywhere once you’ve checked in. Foods are really good especially Saffron, personally I don’t find it overpriced, just standard resort pricing. Lastly, the impeccable services from the hospitality team, Thai hospitality is the best in the world and Banyan Tree will never disappoint you.

We arrived early in the morning before the check-in time. Staff at Banyan Tree was very helpful in helping us to settle down. Thai cuisine served at Saffron was great and definitely worth trying. Will surely return again.

Over all happy with the stay, I stayed for 3 nights in pool villa room. Amazing service and awesome food. Especially breakfast was the main highlight of the stay.

It was a good experience. The staff is very nice and calm. They accommodate us very well. Unfortunately, it was rainy season, so it was raining. Will try to come back again during summer or winter season.
