I stayed here with my husband and our daughter, who is turning 2 very soon. The room was spacious enough, complete with a bathtub, and the bed was big enough for the three of us to sleep comfortably. Although they don’t provide baby cots, it wasn’t an issue at all. While you can't see the beach from the mountain-view room, the towering, rugged cliffs were absolutely beautiful. Since we stayed during the off-season, the price was very affordable! It was a highly satisfying stay.

My stay was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with Ao Nang Beach just a 5–10 minute walk away. Essential amenities are also nearby, including a 7-Eleven and a 100 Baht Shop, both within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, and halal restaurants are easily accessible on foot. If you prefer to dine in, food delivery through the Grab app is also readily available. The service was truly top-notch. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome drink upon check-in after our journey from the airport. It was a thoughtful gesture. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Krabi.

Everythig was good, very clean. Breakfast was delicious and nice. The staff were very kind.

I travelled with my mom and we really liked the hotel. It’s clean, close to the beach and everything. Breakfast was really nice, had a lot of options, both Asian and Western food. The view from the room is amazing

We had a very pleasant stay at Krabi Heritage Hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ao Nang, with many restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the swimming pool was clean and relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Krabi and would be happy to stay here again.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the sea view — and it became the highlight of our stay. From the 4th floor, the view of the ocean and sunset is absolutely beautiful. In the evening, it’s very pleasant to sit on the balcony with a cocktail and watch the sun go down. The balcony is not very big, but it’s perfect for a quiet moment for two. The room was clean and well maintained, with good housekeeping and room service. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Breakfast is officially served until 10:30, but when we came between 9:40 and 10:00, many items were already gone and not refilled. The food is tasty, but the variety is quite limited. We also booked a sea-view room like in the photos, but were given a room opposite the building. The balcony had a partial road view and only a partial sea view — not the full “postcard” view we expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is nice, the location is good, and the sunsets are truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but advise confirming the room view in advance and coming early for breakfast 😉 If anyone had a front-facing sea view room — was it worth the extra cost?

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect right in the heart of everything. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we used the tour desk (even though we don’t normally ally because they are usually more expensive than booking on the street) because the lady was really lovely and gave us amazing prices for the tours we booked. The pool was lovely too.

Good family place

The hotel is in a great location and it is very clean. The staff are also very friendly. I would only saw the gym could do with an upgrade.
