Staying 2 nights and changed room 3 times, staff was accommodating nevertheless. Checking and was sent to second floor, the view from balcony was dirty, then changed to a room at forth floor, water from the shower head was very minimal. Changed to third floor on last day. Note that hotel does not have any lift. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. But it is located at main road side and thus rather noisy.

Best location but need to improve on amenities

Overall it's fine, but the pool is unusable. They put some kind of chemical in it that severely stings your eyes and any cuts. I'd recommend just looking at the pool.

Stayed here with my family when arriving in ao nang bad location very far from everything expensive and not much to the overpriced breakfast would not stay here agin staff very nice but not for me

This place is not as in the pictures. Their advertising is way off. Don’t get me wrong, the staff are lovely and very helpful and the location is great but it’s really run down. On pulling up we could see that the outside was not as it appeared in the pictures and when we got into our room, our shower had mould in it. There is no lift but the staff help carry your bags. The rooms are a good size and our room had a balcony. It’s on a noisy ***** but the noise wasn’t that bad and the restaurants closed around midnight.

I've stayed three times in AO Nang Krabi and this resort is my favorite place! i will always stay here in future. About 100 metres from the nearest Beach. All the staff was friendly and helpful. In the middle of all FUN. Shops and restaurant everywhere around it. Even near the night market.

Good location clean tidy stuff nice

Good size room and big shower, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. I didn’t use the pool, but the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

A very good hotel in terms of the central location and quality for those who are on a budget. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely use it again.

Strategic place to aonang beach

Very helpful & pleasant staff. Not as pretty as the brochure photos but all-in-all a good place to stay. Especially if you want to do island trips. GRAB taxis always arrived within a few minutes so handy location to get around. Lovely food nearby at REEVE 300m
