Location is 100% recommended! It’s less than a 1-minute walk from the hotel restaurant to Ao Nang Beach. The hotel is old, but the room is well maintained and comfortable. However, the corridor really needs major refurbishment. There’s only one lift, but it’s fine since the building isn’t tall (around 3 floors, if I’m not mistaken). The lift has a weird smell that didn’t go away even after our 4-day stay 😅 Nice pool, and the restaurant is not halal. For the price and the location, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolute disappointment with the room. It was very outdated ? It had two doors to the outside,one opened on to a generator, the other which had two chairs outside was onto what I can only describe a dumping ground. Certainly no where you could sit out. The bed certainly needs replacing as every time you turned over you felt every spring in the mattress! The shower towels with ok! I think the front of house staff could be more pleasant, they all show Trainee badges, there must be a fast turnaround of staff. We asked how much to organise transfer to the pier and speedboat onwards to Phuket. The price they gave was 3,800 baht for two people. Over the road the price was 2,400 baht to include onwards to our hotel in Karon…..no brainer! The pool towels, are what I consider to be large kitchen towels for drying your pots and pans! The pool has very poor access in order to enter or exit the pool, not suitable for children or people with mobility issues! Also there were a lot of broken tiles and a lot of pointing missing in the pool! On a positive note the breakfast was good, the egg station adequate. The young girl at the egg station was very polite! Also the Reception area is pleasantly decorated unlike the rest of the resort, very outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment.

The hotel is quite compact, and the rooms are on the smaller side, but the decor is very stylish. The staff provided excellent service. My only slight complaints were that the duvet felt a bit damp and the toiletries weren't great. Overall, I was very satisfied, and the complimentary snacks offered during both check-in and check-out were a nice touch.

Lovely boutique hotel located right in the heart of aonang street, near a beautiful beach where you can watch sunset & fire show.. the breakfast options is healthy..the pool is nice,nearby there’s a lots of restaurants & spa.. very convenient sty.. they offer a free parking..staff is good,room is okay..

Overall the resort are old need to renovate, especially the wooden structure at the public area, and the outdoor seating and chairs some are damaged, the WiFi always disconnected in the room but at the lobby and restaurant are fine, night time front desk staffs are impolite, they’re not willing to help for the parking, their car park are stock up their equipments and staff motorcycles, only had few parking space at the entrance outside, I don’t know how’s the management team works, seem like the staff work as their free style, they’re killing the business, truly not recommend to anyone 👎🏻

I had such a lovely stay at Vacation Village Phangan Inn! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a beach getaway. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Koh Phangan!

Great stay! Pool side room was awesome for the price It was amazing. Just steps to the beach. Staff is helpful and always had a smile!

Great location right in the middle of all you need. The rooms were perfect for my girls and myself, we had an amazing time. The breakfast was good too with a fantastic view on the beach. And the swimming pool is ideal. We will come back!
