Great clean and large room. Price was good.
Pros: biggest room in budget, 15 min from ao nang beach, right within the ao nang street market, 7/11 in 2-3 min walk, good restaurants nearby, pretty garden compounds, cloth hanger, wifi, umbrella, small balcony, water bottles, tea-coffee, safe box, bath and pool towels provided. Also huge spotless mirror! They also help booking local cab if you need one. Very good room cleaning everyday. Couldn't get time to visit the pool so don't know how it is. Polite staff.
Nitpicks: mild weird smoky smell coming from bathroom/curtains sometimes, AC takes time to cool the large room,
Sink didn't have a sieve, some gurgling noise from toilet sometimes, safe box key needs to be taken from lobby
after signing (if you lose the key a lot of penalty for that), penalty fees listed for almost everything (I guess maybe past bad experiences), room wifi was very slow but after informing they told to connect with another wifi which was fast. No bell boy to carry luggage or show you to room. Even if you don't put the make up room sign, they still make it up! Some mosquitoes are there.
