As it is a 5-star hotel, it is very clean.
The staff at the main counter are very friendly.
Unfortunately, I couldn't eat in the hotel due to my busy schedule, which I regret very much. Be sure to use the inner garden and restaurant.
The facilities are very pretty no matter where you take pictures.
I recommend going with your lover.

It was a wonderful experience. The decor was breathtaking, the staff spoke excellent English and were very welcoming. The location was perfect in the old town and there was a great restaurant attached to the hotel. It was great value for money.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
What really set it above is the service of the Staff. Friendly, and extremely helpful.
The room was stunning. Lots of amenities, with an amazing attention to detail.
Physically the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Luxurious and chic.
Excellent location to both the old city square and Kazimierz (Old Jewish Quarter), and a multitude of historic and beautiful Churches.
Stay here if you want your visit to Krakow to be the best.

This is a stunning hotel in a perfect location. Travelled with my adult son and was surprised with huge room with two separate sleeping areas and - best of all! - two bathrooms. Lots of nice touches - welcome liqueur and biscuits, daily replenished water and coffee, complimentary bottle of wine. Loved this and would definitely return.
