We stayed for 2 nights to enjoy the Christmas market and for my husband’s birthday. The stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel. The team are incredibly helpful and friendly. A nice touch was leaving a bottle a prosecco and a card acknowledging the birthday celebration. This hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. Well will be back!

As it is a 5-star hotel, it is very clean.
The staff at the main counter are very friendly.
Unfortunately, I couldn't eat in the hotel due to my busy schedule, which I regret very much. Be sure to use the inner garden and restaurant.
The facilities are very pretty no matter where you take pictures.
I recommend going with your lover.

It was a wonderful experience. The decor was breathtaking, the staff spoke excellent English and were very welcoming. The location was perfect in the old town and there was a great restaurant attached to the hotel. It was great value for money.

Housekeeping is available.
There is a tiny washer but no dryer but it didn’t really affect our time there. We unfortunately booked a room without elevator access so we hiked up to the third floor each evening but again only mentioned it for those with mobility issues. Amazing restaurant right across from the hotel and it is a must. Higher end but well priced and food is amazing. Would 100% stay here again!!!!

Beautiful rooms that have super lush carpet and large bathrooms with heated floors. Very clean with any amenity you may need. Right by everything Krakow has to offer!

Absolutely wonderful.6 stars.
Wonderful- loveliest hotel we have been in for a while. Attention to detail, quality of products, fabrics, and thoughtfulness was way beyond.. Bed was great! We also ate in Fiorentina restaurant- incredible meal and they accommodated us after a much delayed return from Auschwitz trip. Thankyou!
