I booked this hotel for 2 nights, unfortunately my flight schedule got messed and i ended up spending 12 hours only. First of all, these are more of small apartments than a hotel. On the basement is a nice restaurant then the apartments on the 3 floors above. Restaurant staff are the ones who assist with your needs. I stayed at Royal suite on the 3rd floor with hot-top on roof. Apartment is kind of nice, not fancy at all and didn’t look or feel historic. However, bed was super comfy and bathroom was nice. They should get rid of some of the plastic decoration and silly paintings they completely ruin the atmosphere. The most i personally liked about this place is location, its in the center of old town and only minutes walking to Christmas market. The nice lady from the restaurant prepared me a really nice lunch box since i checked out early before the breakfast time.

This is a truly amazing accommodation. We had the Imperial Suite which was absolutely stunning. The furnishings, style and cleanliness was outstanding. Lukas and the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Without doubt the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. I will return next year.

We were informed we could checkin at 2pm, at 3.10pm our room was still not ready. Manager didn’t show us to the room but staff member, it was only after the delayed checkin did the manager make the effort. We were shown to our room but little information provided about lights, mini bar etc…from the manager which was disappointing. Asked for room to be serviced after day one at 10am and came back at 1pm and was still being cleaned. Why ask for a time to service the room, if it’s not going to be serviced at that time…confused if it took 3 hours to clean. Hot tub was great but on a night the chimney/vent would make a right noise which was not pleasant for guest enjoying the view and trying to relax in the tub. Overall, again disappointing hot tub experience but the view was great, as long as you can put up with the noise. Breakfast service was fabulous and good food from the young girl and gentleman in the morning, overall attention to detail at checkin and delayed checkin was not five stars. When paying over £200 per night, better standard of checkin and overall service could be much better. We would have eaten here but due to the poor arrival we decided to eat at other restaurants instead. I wouldn’t stay here again, just not up to a 5 star standard, which I expect when traveling around Europe. If you inform guest they can checkin at 2pm ensure they can, also give guest the full room information ie..how did the lights work, is the mini bar included in the room cost etc.. Overall great but not fabulous!

What an amazing find this was. We stayed in the suite on the top floor which was luxurious and spacious , and what the have done with the space on the roof terrace is just fantastic, a jacuzzi with a view of the castle ! We were served breakfast on our dining table in the room everyday and on our departure day we had to leave before breakfast started , but they opened an hour earlier for us. Service throughout the duration was top notch. Location is perfect , down a quiet road and within walking distance of the main square, Castle and the river. Would not hesitate to book again.

Excellent weekend stay Room 3 was lovely = very spacious with lots of extras Victor was very accommodating with breakfast, asked if we required anything constantly & also gave us an umbrella when required (which was needed) Restaurant food was excellent ( very large portions) & service was perfect Would recommend & stay again

Incredible hotel with the highest standards and probably the best and most exclusive residence in Krakow. Only four rooms, so our room was basically the whole floor. Complimentary wine and whskey in carafes is a very nice touch. Carafes of juice for my daughters. Breakfast was truly made to measure. Incredible experience.

I almost hate to write a review as they might be booked next time! I reserved only one night but extended my stay as the place was so awesome. What a great little secret. There are three suites above the restaurant on the first floor. Not a hotel in the traditional sense but amazing. I stayed in the prince suite. It felt like I stepped back in time 200 years…except with an amazing bathroom and electricity! The staff from the restaurant takes care of you. Breakfast can be served in the room or in the restaurant. It’s also only steps from the palace. I don’t think you’ll find any place as beautiful and unique as this!
