On a arrival, we had to walk to another hotel to get code for the door and code for the key, to access the hotel. We were never given the information to say that needed to happen. Very basic, we didn't have a curtain by our bed, so the street lights beemed through the window until 5am. We hardly slept due to trams and people outside. I am not exaggerating, the building actually vibrated when the tram went past. Yes, location is good because you are not far from many popular attractions. However, I like my sleep and rest, so I would not not recommend this hotel.

We had a really good stay at Aparthotel Globus. There’s no front desk, but the remote reception was super helpful and easy to reach. Since I asked in advance, they emailed me the door codes before arrival, which made check-in really smooth. I also booked a local tour through them, and it was well organized. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — walking distance to both the Old Town and Kazimierz. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Globus. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Main Square and the Kazimierz district. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was tasty and served at a nearby hotel. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Kraków!

Never stayed in a place like it, was more like a hostel than a parthotel, no receptionist, toilet brush filthy, carpet badly stained, single duvets on double bed,walls badly marked, no restaurant had to walk to another hotel for breakfast which was six minutes away could not get the Internet no reception on television. What you would call a place for you clothes was two hangers and really dirty shelves we kept out clothes in our suitcase. Would never stay there again

Only thing modern in this place was the bathroom. Room was dated and the carpet was heavily stained & dirty. No headboard on bed. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Heating wouldn't work and room was freezing. No manned reception. Place was more like a homeless unit.
