Aparthotel Pergamin

We were located on the top floor, the lift takes you to third floor then stairs to top level which wasn't a problem. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Could have done with more than one pillow each. Quite loud as next to road, so you can hear horse and carts late and trams very early in morning (Earplugs recommend) enough storage for a couple of days but more hangers would have been helpful. Fridge, kettle with tea and coffee facilities (these aren't replenished) but small shop next door. Bathroom was main issue, there was a drain in front of sink and when sink was used water would come out of drain and make puddles on floor so had to keep floor towel over to soak up water. This got soaked very quickly so kept having to dry out. Breakfast was good enough, cereal, fruit, cheese, meats, bread and a few cooked items bacon, eggs, beans and frankfurters. Juices and a few teas and coffees. All self service in a cute room in basement. Location perfect only five minute walk into main square

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal location to access the main square, numerous food places, bars and a couple of shops that are open late. Room had kettle, coffee, tea bags ect. Fridge and couple of towels in bathroom. Luggage room is available to use after check out. There is no reception at this these apartments, you should receive access codes prior to arrival for the main door and key safe for your allocated room. ( We didn't buy luckily someone was leaving and let us in, in which telephone numbers are provided at front door to contact main office - very quickly they located our booking and provided the codes) Would recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The check in process was easy, I emailed a few days before arrival and was given all the passcodes to get in to room. I was worried about the process given some reviews. The location was perfect, close to station and a short walk to the old town, a shop downstairs and bakery’s close by. The room was on the top floor and the lift was broken when we arrived but they did fix it by the following day. The room faced the front t street and the noise was terrible, car alarms going off several times a night, sirens and the sound of trams. The room also had no mirror above the dressing table making doing hair and make up a challenge once the shower had steamed up the bathroom. The bed was hard and uncomfortable after several days of walking in excess of 20,000 steps really need a good nights sleep but impossible for those reasons. This is why 3 and not 5 stars.

Just returned from a 3 day stay at this hotel as a party of 4 women. Hotel ideal location to get to the Main Square and various bars and restaurants. Self check in - read a few reviews of some having difficulties. I emailed 2 days before and on morning of arrival, initially received check in code for front door, then for the key boxes as it a 3pm check in. Easy! We left our luggage in the room available. Stayed in room 1 - first floor. Room was clean with comfy beds. Also tea coffee provision and room was lovely and warm. The only noticeable thing was our bathroom had an issue with a smell of drains. Was spotless clean but the smell, there evidently an issue. Our friends also woke to find an homeless chap curled up asleep outside their door on the landing. As the hotel isn't manned, someone must have rang as the police arrived. Would stay here again for the location and the price.
