I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel incredibly welcome they were attentive and always ready to help with anything. The room felt brand new, with a really comfortable bed. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty and the dining area was clean and welcoming. Overall the hotel was beautiful and relaxing and the service met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Everything was great, reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was good and normal standards.. The first room we had was street side that’s noisy but after that we moved to another room and that was better. We had the balcony room which had lovely views and was really silent..The location is good, just 20 minute walk to the city centre, we didn’t have the need to use public transport (we love walking and look around). We definitely recommend this place to stay in Krakow.

very clean and comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff, there's a safe in room, and a kettle for making coffee/tea, very nice. Quiet neighborhood, a grocery store downstairs opens til 11pm, very convenient. The only downside is it's not close to train station nor main attraction area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and cozy, the location was perfect, and everything was top-notch. I especially want to highlight the reception staff — they were always ready to help, quick, and polite. I’ll definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends!

Room was fantastic for a family of 5 2 bedroom apartment..very clean, full equipped kitchen ,comfortable beds and very spacious.Everything was thought about down to dishwasher ,washing machine ,iron and ironing board..breakfast was lovely something for everyone,sasuages, eggs,cereal,jams,meats and cheeses ect. All the staff were friendly and helpful with all enquiries from booking trips to what and where to catch transport. Would recommend this hotel to anybody going to krakow and would deffo stay here again.10 min walk to the center bus over road and mini market 1 min walk turning right outside hotel.

Very good, friendly experience from the staff, rooms were very clean, well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was available from 7 every morning and had both hot and cold options, from cooked breakfast foods to cold deli meats/cheese and bread. The hotel is well placed an easy 20 minute walk from the old town and centre of the city. I’m sure many would struggle to find a hotel as good as this for the price, would definetly return if I was to come to Krakow again!

A short 2 night stay at a lovely hotel. The room was very spacious had a very large bathroom and great shower. The room was very clean, had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities together with a mini fridge and safe. The room was very quiet, had a nice themed wallpaper. The staff were all very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us and spoke excellent English. The buffet breakfast available from 07.00 had many hot and cold options. The hotel arranged for an airport pick up for us which went seemlessly as we were arriving quite late and they kept reception open later too having already emailed us the entry instructions because of our later flight and some flights getting delayed. We were also able to check out a little later.The hotel is in a quiet area with a lot of bus and tram options nearby and the main Market Square is only a short 20 minute walk, very easy to navigate everything and the Christmas markets were all on whilst we were there. We would definitely stay at the hotel again in the future if we returned to Krakow.
