It's an old hotel, with an old lift, and traditional door keys... And no AC. The electric plug adapter didn't fit well with my adapter from anyway, and so I had to continuously alternate between sweating and having my phone charged. The location is very good, though. I guess this is authentic old school Krakow, and you could do a lot worse...

It’s a decent hotel for its price with delicious breakfast and convenient location. Staff is welcoming and friendly. There’s a safe at the reception if you need it. Room has all kinds of cutleries, pots and pans, and a little stove which makes it suitable for cooking your own food. But in the room there’s no toothbrush and toothpaste as well as slippers. Also shampoo and shower gel is like all-in-one, so make sure to bring your own toiletries. The other good thing is that water can be taken at the reception or in a breakfast room if you run out of that you were provided with. I enjoyed my stay and definitely can recommend this hotel

I highly recommend a wonderful place in the center of Krakow close to everything and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Clean spacious rooms. Breakfast wonderful plenty of everything and everything delicious I highly recommend and we will definitely come back ❤️🥰

It's in a good location near the central station and the old town, and the price was great, including breakfast and water. I was staying alone in a twin room, so the room was spacious. I was happy that the breakfast served Polish food. The staff were also very kind.

The hotel is easy to find, close to the city center train station, and has a rich buffet breakfast. The only drawback is that the TV did not receive signal and the room is small, but the overall price/performance ratio is very high
