I had the perfect stay at M29 in Krakow. Room was very clean and of a good size,beds were very comfortable and we both loved the modern decor. All of the staff were brilliant they couldn't do enough for you nothing was ever a problem. We especially liked the site of the hotel in the jewish quarter we were near to bars and restaurants and it had a peaceful vibe. I will definitely return to this hotel again.

Super good service and super nice room. Stayed there 2 nights. Got sick on the last night and the staff was very helpful and arranged so we could check out two hours later. Also got to leave our bags at the hotel for 10 hours after we checked out. Really recommend. About 10 minutes on foot to the center!!

I did my research before visiting krakow, and knew I wanted to be located in kazimeriez Jewish district. Hotel M29 ticked every box and more for us. It’s stunning inside and out. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We walked everywhere to old town within 15-20minutes The Ghetto, Father Bernatek’s Bridge ( acrobat bridge ) Vistula river, lined with restaurant boats, or boat trips. Cycle/walking routs along the edge of the river 15 minutes walk In our local area, when you step outside the door, there’s a absynth bar opposite, game cafe/bar. Michelin restaurant, cocktail/shot bar, restaurants and more. We loved walking around the Jewish district day or night. It’s so safe. And even with all the bars around it wasn’t roudy.

Amazing hotel not Like 5 star than 4 central to everything Restaurants We’re amazing Napoli Kirk Italian so gorgeous and salta Resto a steak also so good all within 5 mins walking distance Breakfast at hotel was so good and well worth the money Rooms fantastic and spacious The staff could do enough to help you would highly recommend this hotel

Just returned from a three night stay, you cannot go wrong with this hotel, great location with bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and all staff were polite and friendly. I had forgotten my phone charger but reception were able to provide a charger for my stay. We organised our trip to Auschwizt via the hotel and arranged a food box for the journey, we were room only so only had breakfast on our last morning but again I would recommend this. Our room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable and a mini fridge is supplied with drinks and snacks to buy if you wish to have them. We were also able to store our cases after 11am check out as we did not fly home until the evening.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good with plenty of choices, it was nice to finish each evening in the hotel bar which had a decent selection of drinks, about a 3 mins walk to the old Jewish square with a nice selection of restaurants and a great Jewish pub, there is also another little square close by with a few market stall and a load of street food places which are very cheap and very good, a 15 to 20 mins walk takes you to the main square where there are loads of bars and restaurants but prices are a little more expensive here. I would definitely return to hotel M29 if in Krakow, the Salt mines are amazing but if like me you have any mobility issues then they are a struggle, start of tour is around 300 steps down and it takes its toll on the knees and calf’s. Auschwitz is still a must but you tend to be bearded around the place a bit quickly and don’t get time to take it all in properly.
