Very glamorous room and very good front desk service. Appreciated.

Location was good, staff was excellent. The only issue was the shower, which you had to press every 15 seconds for water, and the fact that there was construction happening on the building in the early morning, which wasn't great for sleeping in.

Very good hostel, the bed is comfortable and not a bunk bed. Very spacious room, and adequate amenities. There is a bus stop nearby to get to the main train station in 10 minutes, so it is convenient.

Good hostel

Hostel Deco, nestled in Kraków's heart, offers prime access to attractions. The spotless rooms and shared spaces impressed me. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. Modern facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, met all my needs. For budget travelers seeking comfort and convenience, this hostel is a gem in Kraków's crown.

Cozy and clean hostel. Reasonable price and good location. I strongly recommend this hostel for students and backpackers.

One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel.

I couldn't understand why the night shift employee was so irritable and serious, but the other receptionists were friendly. Room and toilet cleanliness was adequate.

The idea behind the hotel was certainly good at one time, but it's very outdated. The room was neglected. The chairs were so dirty that you didn't dare sit on them. The beds were okay. We had a private bathroom, which was fine. The biggest problem was the incredibly poor soundproofing. We had a ground-floor room, and you could hear every single doorbell. When the neighbors came home, it sounded like they were standing right in the middle of the room. The location is okay, but I really wouldn't recommend it. The only exception is the receptionist, who deserves five stars. She was very nice!

The room was a little dusty. There were no towels or hairdryers. The front desk staff were neither good nor bad. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the center of the old town.
