Old Town Residence - Premium Aparthotel

It was pretty clean but the air quality was really bad. Continuously smelled like smoke. Location was awesome. Service was very convenient.

it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay. Good location has fridge,hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater. But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.

Loved staying at these apartments, they are so close to the old town main square. They were very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, TV, air conditioning if needed and all communication was done through WhatsApp. So easy to check in and they also have a free case storage area for when you check out to store your case while you enjoy the last few hours before heading to the airport. We had read there was an issue with noise however we were on the ground floor right on the street and we were never bothered by any noise and we slept great all 4 nights we were there. Great value for money . Great location for walking around Krakow and base for doing trips for first time visitors.

Location is perfect 30 second walk to old town square. Calm atmosphere. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good value for money.

Great apartment clean and tidy. Only downside is the towels are not replaced during your stay I think 2 towels each would be the perfect amount for a short stay, It can be noisy at night but so can any place you stay at I suppose it all depends on the guest what are staying at the time of your stay . Saying that we got back Wednesday and booked this place again for march as it’s in a great location to the square and very close to the wodka cafe bar and moo moos steak and burger restaurant both a must do. :)

Great location but could improve. Easy check in, so close to bars and the square and great communication. Relatively clean, however we could have done with some new towels and toilet roll 2 days in. I asked for toilet rolls in the evening to which the reply was there are no cleaners on the premises at that time. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work so couldn’t dry the towels which when we used them to dry they were damp. Cleaners don’t come in the whole duration which suited us to a certain extent but bin could have done with being emptied. Mini fridge in room which was useful and use of air con for those warm nights. Overall, it’s great if you’re there for a few nights but wouldn’t suggest for longer.
