Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Great place to stay, was a bit worried after reading previous reviews. Great location as it’s virtually on the square. No issue finding or getting into the hotel as codes provided via text on day of arrival all worked perfectly, beds more than comfy and the shower was great, would definitely stay here again on next visit to Krakow.

G12 Aparthotel is in a great location, central to everything you'd want to see and do in Krakow. Easy check in process and very clean room. Air con and a fridge in the room were a bonus. Kettle and all the bits to make a brew. All in all a good budget hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to attractions yet peaceful. The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was spotless with a comfy bed. Great value for the amenities provided. Would definitely return and recommend to friends. A truly relaxing experience!

The beds were very uncomfortable, springs coming out of the beds the shower was also freezing cold , very close to the main square walking distance within everything easy enough to find the door an everything is explained , but of a nightmare the bag place is 10 mins walk away

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it's was possibly the best stay we could have asked for. Amazing location so close to the Old Town and square, the rooms were the perfect size and the building has a lovely rustic feel. The cafes and patisseries next door are ideal for a quick snack too!

The location was great for all the local amenities which were within walking distance of the hotel. The bed was very comfy but it’s two single beds stuck together. The room was very small but had a fridge. We got a lend of an iron from the front desk. There is also no lift so we were on the second floor which meant u had to climb approx 60 steps each time to bedroom.

Love these apartments. This is our 2nd visit.Central location,clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.Well Done G 12.Visited lots of lovely places.Nice walk into Jewish Quater.Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

Communication via WhatsApp from the hotel to get into the building was good. It arrived the afternoon of the day we flew. We arrived late evening and it was a little tricky to find as the taxi driver didn’t drop us very near. However once we found the hotel, the key codes worked a treat. The room….well what can I say. Not had a set up like this before (see photo). Beds weren’t that comfortable but it was only for three nights. We didn’t have any hot water on our first morning but the engineer came out within 30 minutes to resolve the problem. Location wise you couldn’t get better…a 2 minute walk and you are at the beautiful main square. Restaurants are in abundance. You definitely won’t struggle for something to eat. Only one downside to this hotel is the stairs. It’s definitely not good if you have mobility issues as there isn’t a lift. Will definitely come back here but will request a lower floor.
