Luxury oceanfront villa, full AC private pool, direct ocean access, great diving

Absolutely wonderful experience! I travel a lot especially to the Caribbean & this was a great property. Everything was very clean & well maintained. Make sure to read the digital guide the rental company sends you- I was expecting a binder in the house & forgot that they had emailed the guide until a few days into our trip. It’s a private,safe, quiet area with beautiful birds, flowers & lizards. In the mornings we’d sit outside listening to the birds & watching them flutter around. There is a view of the sea when you are standing. There is a stairway that leads you down the “beach” area & you are right there at the water’s edge. Make yourself aware of Bonaire’s painted yellow rocks as that’s where you enter the sea… it can be tricky to navigate getting into the water because of the sometimes sharp & slippery coral, so enter where you are supposed to. The snorkeling right in our backyard was magnificent! We took a catamaran tour for snorkeling & they took us to our spot at Andrea, which shows how great it is. The beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we needed & it was an overall wonderful experience! A few notes: the house has been painted a darker color & has beautiful murals on the outside walls now. Only 3 negatives, but in no way should be a deterrent from staying here- the iguanas like to poop on the edges of the pool but it’s their home, you have to walk through the twin bedroom to get to main bedroom & glass doors off main bedroom were jammed.

Perfect location Loved the location of the villa! It worked very well for diving and relaxing. Dive site and great snorkeling just down the private steps off the back of the property. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood convenient to town and groceries, about a 10 minute drive. There’s a closer grocery store, about 5 minutes but seemed to have less fresh produce and tons of frozen foods. The AC worked great when needed. If you’re really into cooking- the kitchen could use a little attention in the cookware department, but we managed pretty well all things considered. I would recommend this villa. And don’t miss the restaurant down the street to the north Mararoca- so good!

Paradise, a piece of Paradise Beautiful, relaxing, exactly as described. Fish outside swimming amongst the coral. This house gives you the feeling of peace. .Hummingbirds were so sweet playing around in trees.Beautiful birds all day.What more could we want.Island was also wonderful, snorkled all over and the snorkling in our own backyard was the best. ..One more thing you try thr Ribeye at the Dock restaurant it is done to perfection. ..we will be back Harriet and Mike.
