Super helpful staff, nice for a short stay Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

Wegen seiner Beruehmheit mag man distanzierte Steifheit erwarten - weit gefehlt, der familiengeführte Bayrische Hof hat eine Herzlichkeit die seinesgleichen sucht. Ausnahmslos jeder gute Geist des Hauses ist fröhlich, aufmerksam und im besten Sinne sich kümmernd. Einfach toll. Herzlichen Glückwunsch und Dank ans Team. Das tolle Restaurant Atelier bespreche ich gesondert.
