Anseli Hotel

My first visit to Anseli and I will be back. Visited with friends and we enjoyed 5 days relaxing by the pool, ladies,George and all the team, thank you for a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and kept clean daily. The food was very tasty and very enjoyable. We ate at the local restaurants in the evening which was a 10 minute walk away and ventured into Old Town for the afternoon via taxi that the hotel arranged( £21 euros)

What a hidden gem this little complex is. The family/staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are a little dated, but they are kept immaculately clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful. The pool area is great with NO loud music, and no mad dash for sun loungers, a perfect place to relax. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and very good. The complex is located approximately half way between the village and the beach. A perfect base to discover the island. I have already booked to return next year.

What a lovely home from home place to stay. We got home just yesterday after spending a week here. The staff are so lovely and can't do enough for you. We ate here a few times and the food was good. Barman makes some lovely drinks/cocktails. Clean pool, 0.70m to 1.5m. There's a nice communal space downstairs, rooms were clean, fresh towels everyday if wanted, plenty of sunbeds and places to sit indoors. A little library to borrow books. I really hope local businesses like this dont die out, Kremasti itself is very quiet and not alot to do. Some nice places to eat (yiannis and kalagris) and a nice quiet beach a bit further up near the kitesurfings to rent sunbeds for 4 euros for the day. Bonus is you can jump on a bus for 3 euros and go to Rhodes town to spend the day. To use the safe there is a small fee and air con there is a small fee per day too. Supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.

This maybe a 2 star hotel but the welcome and friendliness is 5 star staff couldn't do enough for you always with a smile on their face went on my own but welcomed by staff and the many retuning guests who have been coming for years food lovely rooms cleaned daily except Sundays would highly recommend yes it is a bit out of way but regular buses from the village to rhodes town and harbour thankyou lisa and staff for an enjoyable stay and george for great pina coladas

First visited the Anselli Hotel several years ago. A good holiday is based on great weather, lovely hotel, great staff, meeting like minded travellers, and available amenities. Added of course are the cleanliness of the hotel, changing of beds, clean towels. The staff are excellent, in the years I have been to the Anselli I have never had any problems, not far from the shops, beaches town. Food at the hotel is excellent as is the food in the local restaurants. Just back from the Anselli, back again in the future. Most people often come back to the hotel, due to the hotel, customer service , and the extent facilities available. The transfer from the airport to the hotel, is 15 minutes. Clearing passport control and picking up baggage, is quick as well. The only person that can make your decision of holiday and venue, the feed back from others may assist you in coming to the right decision . For some reason Jet2 have it down as a two ** star hotel, given the reviews, of the hotel and staff, and a number of years in sales. Has to be a four star hotel. Where ever you decide to go on holiday, in Rhodes, have a great time , enjoy your self, and don’t forget the suntan lotion, you will need it.q

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Anseli. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and you leave feeling a part of their family. All of the other guests were also very friendly, many of them returning guests who offered helpful advice regarding places to visit etc. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and the beds were very comfortable. Cannot recommend enough and we will certainly become returning guests 😀
