The hostel is near to the bus station that takes you to the Lucern train station within 20 minutes ride.Also there are Migro store within a short walk for your groceries shopping.

It’s not close to the train station , and personally it’s not a nice experience for me , to stay in a room with a family , a couple and their mother , not recommand , especially for Asian

Staff verry helpfull and friendly, location near bus stop, come with free ride on the bus rute 10 with visitor card that hostel sent by email. Lucerne is the best when it comes to serve visitor. I wish in europe all the toilet will use bidet, because it will be clean and hygienic.

This hostel seem to have quite a few asian guests. The reception is not 24/7. It only has certain open hours. It may be quite inconvenient if you are arriving our of the reception hours. But this hostel is close to hiking starting point for Pilatus.

Reached at 8+pm, receptionist ignore me even I standing infront of the counter.
Washroom is dirty, it look like quite a long time didn't clean up.
Worst ever hostel have been, not recommend.
