At first looks this hotel seemed pleasant, nice fitness area and swimming pond, but, the rooms were small and very hot. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, traffic was noisy and midges abundant

We stayed with our family for the 6th time in Klockerhous for our ski holiday. We come to Klockerhaus every year for so many reasons: very kind personel, breakfast and diner is great, good connection with Hochkrimml for skiing, next to the path to the Waterfalls of Krimml, very clean rooms, nice sauna and relax area. Very nice.

Excellent hotel with sensational food. Very nice service. Pet friendly hotel. Ski bus stop in front of the hotel. Close to the waterfalls. Very clean in the rooms. Nice SPA zone. Room with a nice balcony, comfortable beds. The hotel has a gym, ski room and ping pong table.

We stayed at this hotel for the 4th time and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very clean, with balconies and hardwood floor, bathrooms are quite spacious and well appointed. The bed sheets and towels are of very good quality. Food was plentiful and ok at breakfast and dinner and we appreciated their complimentary drink at dinner. The pool area is very nice and well-kept, with loungers and umbrellas. The only thing I missed is the tea&coffee facility in the room, or at least a tea kettle. But all in all we enjoyed our time there and plan to come back next summer! Thank you Czerny family for another wonderful holiday in beautiful Krimml!

We stayed as a couple with our dog in room 110. The hotel is very nice, a cosy and warm atmosphere with very friendly staff. We particularly enjoyed the evening food, there was a great variety of options and they were all super tasty. The breakfast could have greater variety however the options were also tasty. The spa area was lovely and clean, far more impressive than how it comes across in the photos. Which was a nice surprise! The cleaning service was superb and flexible around our dog walks, nothing was ever an issue and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel is located in a beautiful picturesque location, with great dog walks and nearby local amenities. The ski bus takes 15 mins to Hochkrimml and the stop is just next to the hotel. All in all we loved the hotel and would come back again.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober eine Woche im Klockerhaus verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und erheblich moderner als auf der Webseite abgebildet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das abwechslungsreiche und leckere Essen, das in Form eines Vier-Gänge-Menüs am Abend serviert wurde. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und machte den Eindruck, gern dort tätig zu sein. Die Lage direkt bei den Krimml-Wasserfällen lädt zu schönen Wanderungen und Ausflügen ins Salzburger Land ein. Das Einzige, das wir beanstanden konnten, war das durchwachsene Wetter, das Hotel empfehlen wir vorbehaltlos weiter.

Das Nationalparkhotel Klocker am Rand des Hohe Tauern Nationalparks liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der gewaltigen Krimmler Wasserfälle. Die großartige Landschaft, die gute Luft und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft trugen zu einem perfekten Kurzurlaub bei. Die schmackhafte regionale und internationale Küche und das gute Frühstücksbuffet waren ein weiteres Plus. Wir haben in der Dependance Edelweiß gewohnt - hier haben sie Zimmer 3-Sterne-Standard, was auch im Preis angemessene Berücksichtigung findet. Schönes. Familiengeführtes hotel in perfekter Lage. Das Essen war sehr gut und schön präsentiert, das preisleistungsvethältnis ausgezeichnet. Man sieht an vielen durchdachten Details, dass sich die Leitung Gedanken um das wohl der gäste macht. Wunderschön ist auch der schwimmteich. Wir kommen gerne wieder
