Great hotel, fantastic food and service. This hotel is perfect for families. Very nice swimming pool. The best is Kids Club, you can stay with your child or go to do something else, if there’s any problem, they will call you. I will come back there.

The stay in Hotel Czarny Potok was beyond great, we stayed for 3 days during weekend. The first thing I want to mention is great and friendly staff, which checked us in quickly and promptly. They gave us instructions on how to get into our room and after told us everything about the hotel complex and the activities you can do. Regarding the comfort and accommodation the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We only had breakfast in cost of our accommodation, I want to mention the variaty of the breakfast, there is a chef who will cook infront of you, numerous of tables filled with great food, so everyone can find something they like. The hotel also has number of restaurant for lunch and dinner, which we also tried and were really satisfied with the service and food. SPA is one of the highlights of the hotel, there are multiple of pools with saunas. The only negative thing is if you are in first building there is lots of walking you have to do in order to get to the SPA. The surroundings of the hotel are mostly nature and you fell really good. We also tried outdoors minigolf which is a great activity you can do in free time. Overall if you want to stay for couple of days you will not get bored easily. I definitely recommend.

Another stay in this hotel which is by the way favorite one of my family. We have also visited more luxury hotels like Dr.Irena Eris in Palenica or Heron Live Hotel but for family trip this one in Krynica is absolutely number 1. Personnel, hotel location, amazing food and atmosphere like in home. Nothing to add.

Hotel jest zdecydowanie rozczarowujący. Ale może najpierw plusy: - bardzo miła obsługa - przyzwoite jedzenie - blisko na stok Minusy: - brak miejsc do parkowania co jest żartem w hotelu **** - największy problem to czystość pokoi. Potworny kurz i brud dosłownie wszędzie - pokoje nie są sprzątane codziennie nawet śmieci nie są wynoszone - udawany remont. Wszystko zafajdane farbą do tego stare materace rozpadająca się klimatyzacja i kontakty w losowych miejscach - na basenie nie ma nikogo z obsługi i do tego basen brudny. Nie wspomnę o zimnej wodzie Generalnie widać że hotel oszczędza na czym tylko może. Jest to na poziomie pensjonatu ***. Nie ma się co zastanawiać i od razu jechać do Belmonte.

Hotel usytuowany na uboczu (około 6 km od centrum Krynicy Zdrój) przy drodze prowadzącej do wyciągu gondolowego na Jaworzynę Krynicką (1114 m n.p.m.). Zaraz za hotelem biegnie pieszy czerwony szlak na Jaworzynę Krynicką. Kompleks składa się z 12 obiektów, w tym 9 budynków mieszkalnych. Dodatkowo na gości czeka m.in. basen wewnętrzny, jak i zewnętrzny, kręgielnia (dla gości hotelu za darmo), mini golf, siłownia. W hotelu działają 3 restauracje przy czym restauracja włoska jest czynna jedynie w sezonie letnim (podczas naszego pobytu była czynna do 1 września). Oprócz włoskiej jest również restauracja Kiepura (a'la carte) oraz restauracja Chopin (szwedzki stół). Śniadania (7:30 - 10:30) na zasadzie szwedzkiego stołu, którego mocna stroną były wyroby lokalne oraz dla dzieci gofrownica. Poza tym standardowe zestawienie tj. warzywa, sery, jajka sałatki (każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie). Pokoje czyste, serwis sprzątający przychodzi codziennie więc nie ma problemu z wymieniem ręczników, czy też prośbą o butelkę wody. Dużym plusem był czajnik z zestawem herbat oraz kawy. Minusem jest zbyt mały parking. Przy dużym obłożeniu obiektu jest ciężko z parkowaniem. Ogólnie dobre miejsce na wypoczynek oraz dobre miejsce na bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy. Pewnie wrócimy.

Hotel Czarny Potok 4**** Krynica Zdrój spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Byliśmy z Wnuczką w hotelu w opcji wakacyjnej z animacjami i atrakcjami zgodnie z ofertą. Ocena 5- personel miły i sympatyczny, czystość w pokoju, wyżywienie bardzo duży wybór smacznie (śniadania + obiadokolacje) + zupka dla dziecka w południe. Ocena 4- basen zewnętrzny, animacje, pokoje (w 1 dniu cieknąca klimatyzacja i oderwane wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience- szybka naprawa po zgłoszeniu 30 minut). Ocena 3 -parking trudno znaleźć miejsce Ogólnie fajne miejsce bardzo ładnie położone, obiekt duży kilka budynków z łącznikami i potokiem płynącym na terenie hotelu. Ceny wysokie (drinki i napoje). Warto odwiedzić.

Hotel zdecydowanie dla rodzin z dziećmi. Mnóstwo atrakcji dla maluchów. Smaczna kuchnia, kręgielnia, kid's club, animacje, plac zabaw, mini golf, super baseny - na zewnątrz i wewnątrz. Apartament rodzinny wygodny. Wspaniala muzyka na zywo wieczorem ( p. Monika zachwyca glosem!!!). Ogólnie, bardzo polecam dla osób z malymi dziećmi.
