I stayed out of season and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. An excellent stay, positioning is sublime and the views from the balcony were amazing overlooking the beach.

There’s no way this hotel deserves those poor reviews! We stayed for 3 nights in a room facing the sea and loved our big comfortable room. Excellent price too as we wandered in last minute and booked (late Sept) The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The owner and family were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious each day We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the sea bass and vongole were the best of our whole trip

I was there to apply for job and i got angry people and not respectful.I meet the oner of the hotel with his wife and his soon(22 years old).People bad educated.A place without costumers and angry people like the wolf. I asked about if they have costumers and they told me the costumers don't like to go there...they chose the other neighbor restorants. If you like to have an amazing lunch ore dinner it's good to skip this place.

The hotel "The Castle" in Albania was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. First, there was no running water for several days, neither for showering nor washing hands. This is unacceptable and a complete no-go, especially in the hot temperatures. A breakfast buffet, as advertised in the booking, simply didn't exist. The icing on the cake, however, was the behavior of the hotel owners. When we returned to the hotel late one day, we were yelled at, asking why we were so late. But that wasn't enough: The hotel owner even threatened to lock the hotel doors so we wouldn't be able to get back in. She was also so aggressive that she almost physically attacked me. Only her son was able to restrain her. Such behavior is unimaginable! When we asked for a discount upon checkout due to the many inconveniences, we were yelled at again. The owner was so aggressive that it was almost frightening. I've never experienced anything like this in a hotel before! Despite all this terrible experience, we were shown no consideration whatsoever. Neither was the price reduced nor did we receive a proper apology. Our request for an extra blanket and chairs for the balcony was simply ignored; they never arrived. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. It was an absolute disaster, and I will never set foot in "The Castle" again. The waiters there were very friendly and helpful.
