Area Hotel

What an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil , The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone ❤️

We stayed two nights at Area Hotel and the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. Our family room was on the top floor and was clean, modern and updated. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The breakfast was included and you could see the staff preparing it behind the counter. We could tell that they put a lot of care into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. At no fault to the hotel, the area is very noisy. On one night I could hear club music that seemed to be coming from a few blocks away. Definitely in an area where people like to party late into the night. But the location is close to multiple restaurants which is good.

What a lovely hotel. Six of us went and we had the most amazing time. The hotel is lovely and the staff are fantastic. They treat you so well and really look after you. The rooms are spotlessly clean. If you are going Ksamil I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The homemade cakes were to die for.

So glad we stayed here, surpassed all our expectations. Staff are amazing-can’t do enough to make you happy. Spotlessly clean, rooms were large, immaculate, beautifully furnished. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and all freshly made. I cannot think of a single thing I would change, absolutely perfect. Don’t really want to share because everyone will want to stay there! Locations also great but be careful with beaches - sunbeds very expensive, as are taxis!

We had a great time in Ksamil, in no small part because of the Area Hotel team. Everybody was very friendly and helpful with great suggestions for beaches, restaurants that never disappointed. The attention to every aspect of our stay went above and beyond. Thank you again !
