Tbh,overall was good but maybe not too sound proof because at night a bit noisy at upper level..We stayed at level 7,the room was quite spacious for two person which is comfortable.Also,food at breakfast buffet delicious even have not many choices.Maybe in future need to improve a lighting a bit dull and an amenities/ tools like toothbrushes,comb & hair dryer.The rating is around 7/10.

Stayed here for 2N during Hari Raya. Adequate facilities, big rooms. Within walking distance to some mamak shops, next to Mydin. 2-storey carpark available. Close to town and stadium.

Huge room, clean and well kept. Nearby to restaurants and cafes.

It was a bit disappointing. Besides the stated 6 yuan, they also charged an additional 20 yuan for check-in.

Room is spacious and breakfast surprisingly good for the price

The lighting is quite dull, maybe can improve, let the room become brighter. Another thing is the shower head is the rain shower fixed on the ceiling, so cannot take out for shower, hopefully can consider to fix portable shower head as well. Breakfast is provided, although is simple breakfast yet delicious.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. I find my stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The check in and check out process was very quick with no hassle. The oitel Lobby was big and there were ample sofa to sit & relax. Parking was a plentiful, covered and easily accessuble to our room via the lifts. I love the breakfast spread. The room and even the toilet was very spacious. However, I hope the hotel can improve with regards to provision of basic amenities like toothbrush, comb, body lotion & sewing kit. The hotel location was convenient and within walking distance to eateries, shops, Mart & banks, yet secluded from noise of busy traffic. Will certainly come again to stay and recommend it to others

Disappointing Experience with Booking Flexibility I booked a room for four consecutive nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, I requested to shorten my stay by one night—two days in advance. Unfortunately, the platform rejected my request, and even after speaking directly with the hotel front desk, they were unwilling to make any adjustments. I found the lack of flexibility and consideration for genuine circumstances very disappointing. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking multiple nights through this platform, especially if there's a chance your plans might change.
