Mangala Estate Boutique Resort by IHG

Glad that my group reunion with my friends were held here. The were activities that can be done with family and friends. All the staff was very accommodating and helpful with our request.

Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Highly recommended! This resort was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. We truly felt healed and rejuvenated during our stay. The hospitality was exceptional, and every staff member made us feel welcome and cared for. We enjoyed every bit of our time here and can’t wait to return.

Staff were really friendly and service was really good. Staff gave good recommendations for things to do round the area. Food was exceptional too. My Husband and I spent time there for a vacation. We were upgraded for free so we didnt stay at the sara villa. However, the hotel functions best when there are more guests staying over. First night there my husband and I got a little spooked out because we went back at night and driving in was too dark, considering that the villa is in the middle of the forest. Found out the next day it was because there werent much guests so best tip is to go during public holidays where some people go there. This is also because breakfast is ala carte on low tide seasons and buffet when there are more guests. My only slight qualm is that the location is slightly further away from shops or necessities and you need to take Grab to go round. Perhaps the Mangala can consider having a small shop just for snacks or necessities. The rooms are lovely to just enjoy the scenery and bird watching is a must try! You’ll occasionally have birds fly near your villa. We stayed for 5 days. Would recommend this place to people who are more of hotel stayers and people who want good service.

Lovely boutique nature resort that offers great activities and decent food at the singular restaurant on site. However location isslightly isolated…if you don’t like the food at restaurant, options are limited. Also, housekeeping missed cleaning our room…luckily we’re not messy!
