The cleanliness of the bathroom needs significant improvement. The hallway leading to the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast food options should be enhanced. Thank you.

Location 1. The location is probably one of the best things about this hotel, especially if you’re here for food hunting! Just across the road, you’ll find plenty of famous and viral cafés and restaurants to explore. 2. It’s right in town, so getting around and accessing everything is pretty easy. 3. Kuantan River is just behind the hotel, which is actually really nice if you enjoy a morning or evening brisk walk. 4. Kuantan Tower is also just behind the hotel, so if you have some extra time, you can easily squeeze in a visit. Room 1. The room is carpeted, and unfortunately, this was one of the things I didn’t really enjoy. I have a sensitive nose, and the carpet felt quite dusty and not very well maintained. You can even feel the dustiness when walking barefoot. 2. The bed was comfortable though, and I actually liked the pillows! They even promote the pillows in the room, and apparently you can purchase them if you really like them. 3. One thing I found really weird — there’s no power point next to the bed! 🤣 There was only one convenient place to charge our phones and it was all the way across the room from the bed. Very, very far when you just want to lie down and scroll through your phone! Others The bathroom was okay and pretty decent. There’s also a good-sized fridge in the room, which is always useful. Another plus — no deposit was required during check-in. Overall, the location is definitely the biggest advantage, especially if food hunting is part of your Kuantan trip. The room itself was okay, but there are a few things that could be improved, especially the carpet and the lack of power points near the bed. There’s also plenty of parking that the hotel provides behind. Will we stay here again? Probably not. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are other hotels we’d probably try next time.

Location is best . 2 to 3 minutes walk to Kuantan Art Street and the popular Kula Cake restaurant. Ample parking provided by hotel with security. One minute to Kuantan Riverview . Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Staff service is good and friendly. Breakfast is good to compare the room price.

Nearby Kuantan 188, can get there by walking from hotel. Friendly staff, cleanliness is excellent, riverside view from the hotel room is amazing, get free coffee at rooftop with Kuantan 188 and riverside view

The hotel's location is near Kuantan Tower, and parking is provided. There are many eateries in the hotel area, and the hotel also has a cafe with a beautiful view. The hotel staff's service was excellent.

Above expectation. I think this Hotel baru saje buat renovation. Harga very decent and worth money.

If you prefer a quiet room, I recommend informing the reception that you would like a room away from the ironing area, as this facility is available 24 hours a day and there is no time limit for its use. That said, the staff were very friendly and promptly arranged a room change after I made the request, which I really appreciated.

My 2nd stay at Hotel Central Kuantan. Nice clean room with sea view. Ample free parking and walking distance for food.Night market is opposite of the hotel.

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

It was a great stay. Love the morning buffet. Strategic location and we look forward for another stay.

Everything was great. Amazing views. Close to all the eateries. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. All the popular spots are just a walk away. Even though I'm from Kuantan, sometimes I still want to experience a short escape from the stresses of home life. 😆

Comfy hotel... within walking distance to Menara 118... spacious parking... can take a stroll along Kuantan river in the evenings.
