Great location to see a lot of activities within walking distance. We went to the Kuantan Art Street which is just across the road. The night market which is just next to the mosque. Room is spacious, clean and facing the river. Breakfast is justifiable. Love the rooftop terrace. Place to chill. The only negative comment I have is on the noisy aircon. Hope maintenance team do something about it. Overall, I did not regret choosing this hotel over 5 star hotel.
