Have stayed in this hotel a couple of times before but this recent stay was very disappointing. The aircon didn't work in our room and maintenance took almost an hour to fix it. They were apologetic but didn't bother to give us updates on how long it would take. This was at 10+pm and our kids were already sleeping. When we feedback this to the duty manager, she only apologised without any offer for proper service recovery. Her only offer was to provide us with a fan for the room(!?). Room also looked very worn out & old. Probably won't be back again.
